Steve the General Manager ( look for Mr. Clean lol ) and Eric at the desk were great. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff here that you can trust with your tire needs. The new location is awesome with plenty of room to relax while your vehicle is in the shop. I highly recommend this location if you are in Murfreesboro or the surrounding areas.

I am beyond pissed off about these tires purchased from here. First they sold me a brand different from what they told me over the phone. Then they gave me the inccordcg size on my BMW. I asked why I have the incorrect size then the ones which were originally on my car. I was advised it was the next recommended size. I pulled off and my sensors were not working so they had to fix that. I had these tires over a month and my car rides so rough the tires are loud! The car shakes over 40 miles! I took my vechicle to the BMW service center they advised it was the tires and it is the worst brand to buy. So now I'm stuck with these horrible tires! Brand Barum

Had an appointment, called the morning of the appointment to ensure they had the tire needed. They said they had one that would work. Arrived, they didn't have the tire.
They put a loaner on. They didn't air it up to proper inflation and didn't balance the tire. Had a shake at high speeds. The loaner also has a slow leak. Fantastic place

I should be fair had they not disappointed me this way, their wait times aren't bad, even when busy. The discount tire warranty is fantastic I'll keep coming back because of the warranty. but still am not happy with the last two visits.

Pros: Friendly service. Clean establishment. Prices are average.

Cons: Wait time on a Saturday morning was unusually long. Over an hour to change and balance two tires. The manager repeatedly told us "20-30 minutes MAX!" The workers in the back are slow moving. I am glad I wasn't in a hurry.
Tire Discounter is much faster and have more staff on Saturdays.

They (especially Steve!) helped me find an alternate tire for my car when I had to have tires put on that day for work when everyone else was too busy. They worked me in when they were really busy and got me out after close.
The tire that I got was made exclusively for discount tire so I couldn't price check but they do promise to match any price of their competitors, something most won't do. Not only that but the tire I got has a 65,000 mile warranty (except for vandalism) better than the Honda factory tire that was on the car that only covered about 5,000 miles.
They only had 2 of the tires I needed but I was at least able to get the front 2 replaced (my front right had a big bubble on the side and we're nearly bald so had to be replaced), and then they ordered the other 2 and had them installed the next morning.
Also great is that they have a credit card you can get and not have to pay interest on for 6 months, plus a $50 rebate for getting all 4 tires!
Had a great experience with the staff and their quick and friendly service and will definitely recommend and come back! Thank you!

Excellent service! In and out in 1 hour. My vehicle was an R/V on a 1 ton dually chassis. They installed all 6 tires and had me back on the road in an hour. I highly recommend them! I think the technicians in garage are training for NASCAR. Wayne

Size of location is a huge issue here however the staff tried to keep pace the best they could with the huge amount of people that were trying to be serviced. That's not the staff's fault. Everyone was super friendly and I was still in and out in less than one hour.

Called at 9am and was told at this location that they don't have my tire in stock, the other location had it in stock. Tire was completely flat so my sister agree to help out and pick up the tire from other location but was told that they can take car of it. At 12:30, was called to be told that they never went over to get the tire and they could not get it until tomorrow or they could throw a used tire on then I drive over there to the other location. I left and drove over to church street which had no wait. I left that store went back to this one to be told in 30 minutes I will be ready to go. It is now 2:30 and my car has not been pulled into a bay. I will NEVER return to this location again!!
