Very unprofessional employees in front office of service department. Took an hour to drop my vehicle off because service department demanded credentials from me that were later proven later not to be needed. My vehicle was parked in a bush when came to pick it up. Keys were tossed on the counter. Grease was on cluster, arm rest and console. Issues still not fixed. I had to clean my own car in your parking lot.Issues with vehicle still not fixed..

I purchased a used suv that had high miles, but looked well taken care of. In less than 48 hours I had it back on their lot due to an airbag sensor and hard shifting. They "fixed" the airbag issue and ignored the shifting issue. When I purchased it, it was an amazing used automobile according to them. When I experienced problems it was an as is car with high miles. The sales manager's mode of operation is to try to cut you off and talk over you. The service department was rude to me and my wife. The dealership finally offered to run diagnostics and the service guy didn't even want to look up the part cost for me. After some coaxing he finally did, and proceeded to cuss at the person on the phone who was looking up the part. Less than three months off the lot and my suv is having a transmission replaced. It is used, but it has a Walter Jackson sticker on the back. Like it or not it is your product.

We found a Chevy Equinox online and drove over an hour to Walter Jackson to check it out. Justin, our salesman, was great never pushy and very personable! Upon deciding to purchase the vehicle, Eddie, the business manager, was equally as nice. I highly recommend their dealership!

This is a place of great people and great service. I had a flat and crept in on my rim. It was closing time and they didn't have anyone available. That didn't stop Eddie Suddeth, the business manager. He got on the phone to a business he works with and assured me they'd wait until I got there. Then he asked a guy in the shop if he'd change my tire so I could get to the tire shop. He did, and I got my tire fixed in a total of 30 minutes. They were all great. Thank you Eddie and crew. Next time I get a flat tire, I'm going to do it in front of Walter Jackson Chevrolet.

Today as we drove by Walter Jackson Chevrolet of Ringgold we noticed coming out of the service center a car one tire completely in the ditch with the back tires off the ground as we drove past we noticed it was an older woman driving the car unable to turn around right away , when I got turned around came back to make sure she was okay all of this in The Walter Jackson parking lot and in eye shot of the service center. We noticed still no one from Walter Jackson was helping her we pulled up beside her and started to help her and at this point 5 male employees came from the service center area to help not one of them asked her if she was okay basically they pulled her car out of the ditch and sent her on her way Mr. Jackson himself was even out thete at the end. Not that they put her in the ditch or anything like that but I found it disturbing that is such a small town like Ringgold such a well-known business as Walter Jackson Chevrolet dealership would have multiple employees that seemingly didn't care about one of their customers if shevwas hurt or having that much trouble in their parking lot I found the attitude of the men very Cavalier and disappointing Ringgold is a small town and in small towns were supposed to look out for each other. Not one of them in my presence asked her if she was okay would she like to sit down have a drink of water or anything ! I would like to ask all of them at Walter Jackson how would you feel if that was your mother or grandmother who was treated so Cavalier?

Justin Standridge was the most honest and pleasant car salesman I have ever dealt with in my entire life. His sales attributes were perfect. I have bought Chevrolet's from several different dealers in the past twenty years, but this experience with Walter Jackson became the first that I enjoyed.

Best part; no games! They go to bat for you right from the moment you come onto the lot to get the best price that fits your budget. No hidden fees, no sharks circling you in the parking lot, and no pushy sales. Family owned and operated and you are made to feel like family during your time there.

The breaks went out on are service truck and we had it dropped off at there shop, all of our power tools were stolen out of the back seat prob around 1700 dollars worth of tools all brand new. They have no cameras and all they could say to us is they take no responsibility for anything that happens to your vehicle and anything left in it is your responsibility. No break in marks no doors pried open nothing so only one explanation One of them is a thief.. Also told us the truck would be done on that Friday which got pushed to Monday then Tuesday then finally they got to it Wednesday! We were 8 hours from home working a job and need are truck back as soon as possible. Would not suggest going through these people what so ever!

I recently purchased a beautiful 2016 Impala from this dealership. Todd Ingle and Bob Lollar were very nice. They made the whole experience very easy and informative. I have never dealt with them before, but they will be my first stop from now on. Me and my wife are very satisfied. I Really appreciate them and their honesty, and will definitely recommend friends.
