Wonderful facilities and inexpensive plans. Hours are limited but when open they are great

Smallish but nice facilities fairly well maintained with and Indoor walking track. Can get a little crowded after New Year's but usually tapers off.

This place has a little bit of it all and I am not just talking about the gym. It has an awesome coffee shop with a warm atmosphere and a great staff.
