They were very friendly and helpful. Answered our questions and one of the staff went over everything in the trailer showing us how everything works. I would recommend this RV Dealer.

*IF THIS COULD BE ZERO STARS IT WOULD *Deactivated their Facebook page after calling a veteran (my friends?) ”so stupid” and another person “retarded”. Talked to customers like they were trash and called them stupid, while keeping $1000 of a veteran's money. Completely unacceptable. Major ass. I will never buy from them neither will any of my hundreds of friends and family members. No way to run a business!

Wow, withholding a contract and keeping $1000 from a Veteran. I have already shared with my Veteran Non Profit. What a disgrace. You should be ashamed. Blue Falcons for sure. I guess y'all don't want or need anymore business. Treat a civilian wrong, you will probably get away with it, treat a Veteran wrong, stand by for a sh×× storm.

We put a down payment of $1000 on a camper to live in while our house was under contract with the understanding it was non-refundable. Our contract fell through after 3 business days of making the down-payment. We contacted them to not only let them know, but to see if they would have any mercy on our situation. They did not care. It took 5 days later of calling, only 1 time a day, to get an owner on the phone. After the owner, Wayne Burgess, got on the phone, he offered us the payment to go towards another purchase of a camper within 6 months. We understood but asked if instead we could have goods instead as of work out some sort of deal. He said "we obviously don't understand". I contacted him for a copy of my contract in which he replied "I ain't sending you nothing" so I replied with "you will be hearing from our lawyers because you are legally required to provide a contract". I said I was very disappointed that we could not be adults and talk about this" as he was talking down to me, at which point he replied with "I'm disappointed in you for not understanding". At this point, I don't want the money, but what i want is for them to understand that I have NEVER been talked to like that and been so disrespected before in my life. I posted a review on their Facebook page, as did many of people who support my family and got nothing but a negative response from an employee there who stated "I can't believe you are SO Stupid". Talk about customer care. I hope no one ever has to deal with this company and their belittling comments.

Awesome, very laid back place to work. I love my job here and everyone I work with. We do our best to serve the customers needs without hovering over them like vultures. When you come to Dalton RV, you make yourself at home and browse the store or lot at your own leisure. We want you to pick out the RV that makes you happy and best suits you and your family, because after all no one knows what your looking for more than you do. So please come by and check us out. Not only do we keep a lot full of a variety of RVs ranging from small and light-weight to big, beautiful motor homes, but we also have a store full of goodies!!!! Thank you to those that took the time to write us reviews, whether they were good or not so great. We appreciate you and your business! Happy Camping!!

Friendly, informative staff! While they don't pounce on you like a hungry lioness on a lame gazelle, they do greet you with a friendly smile, wave, and "welcome, please let us know if we can help you with anything!" After which we were allowed to shop their accessories at our leisure. Then as we were headed out to the RV lot, Colton asked us if we needed any help. We let him know that we were just researching at this point. We again were allowed to browse their entire lot on our own with zero pressure, very nice! When we were finished looking and headed back to the car Colton asked if we had any questions. I did have a couple questions about fees and financing. I found his answers straightforward and very informative. Dalton RV is definitely on the top of my list when I am ready to buy!

Dalton RV is one of the friendliest, most professional dealerships I have ever been a customer at. The parts department is top notch! Casey and Amber really work hard to help customers find whatever they may need. Fast friendly service that can't be beat. Highly recommend!
