I bought my 1st Subaru from Waikem Subaru, I worked with Erik Bettinger, and Adrian Waikem and Bob Russell also helped me out alot. The whole staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I got a great deal!, they hooked me up with everything I wanted and got me out of there on time to go to work even. I cannot recommend this brand or dealership or salesperson any higher, or else I would. Perfect buying experience!!!

We have purchased a 2018 new Subaru Forrester last week. In this transaction we worked extensively with Rick Ballas and with Adrian Waikem. They each worked with us to find the best deal and to get exactly what we needed. Rick had gone over the call of duty to answer our questions even on his day off. Adrian identified the best financing option that fits our needs.

The best experience we've ever had buying a car. Rick Ballas was very helpful and patient and got us the vehicle we wanted in the price range we could afford. We would definitely go back there again.

Chris Byron is one of the kindest and knowledgeable salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He was able to explain the differences between the mileage of a manual vs an automatic transmission exceptionally well as well as work with me on financing my new Crosstrek. He not only made a great salesperson but he was genuinely a very nice person and I loved being able to discuss bond movies and other pop culture subjects during the purchasing process. This was my first experience buying a NEW vehicle straight from the dealer and meeting people like Chris and Adrian at Waikem Subaru made the whole experience truly exceptional.

It wasn't a matter of what car we wanted, b/c we knew we were getting a forester. we were just glad we had to right salesman to educate us on what model or trim package we wanted. We also needed guidance on leasing vs. buying and we landed in the right hands. Chris Byron was easily the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He let us buy the car at our pace, always being there to answer questions and he was extremely thoughtful to our situation and what would be best for us. He was also great at finding us the EXACT car we wanted. I would not only recommend you buy a Subaru I insist you see Chris B before you do!!

The staff at Waikem are great! Eric Bettinger was our salesman. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get a good deal on our trade-in. He was very patient explaining all the bells and whistles with two "technology handicapped" customers. Adrian in the finance dept was also very thorough describing the extra warranties and other paperwork. We are very much enjoying our new Legacy and learning more about the technology every day!

I had a great experience at Waikem Subaru. My salesman, Chris Byron was professional and efficient. He knew exactly what we were looking for and answered all questions we had about the vehicle that we ended up purchasing from them and did not pressure us. He also worked with us on pricing. The vehicle we purchased, a Subaru Legacy is a great vehicle and runs very well. This was a much better experience than we have had at other dealerships. I recommend Waikem to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I had a stress free experience while purchasing my new car from Waikem Subaru. Christopher Byron, Subaru Specialist, assisted in helping me find a new car that fit my needs. He was very knowledgeable on not only Subarus but competing brands as well. I was amazed at the great deal he was able to provide me so I was able to keep within the budget I had. He always got back to me right away with further information or answers to my questions. The transactions were quick and painless. Christopher was helpful, knowledgeable, and made what can be a stressful process ..FUN! I very much recommend going to Chris for all your car future car buying experiences.

What a pleasant experience. Erik was very patient with my indecision about what car I was looking for. This was a big deal since we own our cars for long periods of time. I was saying goodbye to my 13 year old Toyota Corolla. He took the time to find out what I really wanted and searched for exactly that. When it was not available within a 200 mile radius, he ordered the car. Amazingly, I received the car sooner than anticipated and I am thrilled! This is the perfect car for me. When the car arrives, he took the time to show me all the features and made sure I was comfortable leaving the dealership. Thank you.

Fantastic experience! We were treated to the best car purchase experience EVER. We have purchased multiple cars in the past and this purchase was the easiest, fastest and smoothest ever. Parker did an amazing job of listening to our needs and concerns. He spent a lot of time with us and was never pushy. Parker is the first car salesman I have ever liked or felt comfortable with. Bob, the paperwork guy, was also great. I will definitely make the 90 mile drive to this dealership again for my next car purchase!
