This place is EXPENSIVE! the atmosphere is nice and all but A couples massage was $95 for an hour and they charge an extra $30 for the "couples" room $220 for an hour! Totally not worth all the money. In Lake geneva you can get an all day spa for $70 including the mud bath. Not wasting money on this outragrously expensive place!!! Theres way cheaper places for the same experience

Would say stay away. I showed 2 pictures of the hair color I wanted to achieve while making my appointment and asked how much it would cost. I was told 115.00. I've never spent that much and expected great results. At my appointment Kaleigh starts brushing my hair and tells me it is going to take a 2nd appointment. I was thinking another 115 dollars, but felt embarrassed to say I'm to poor to spend this kind of money. To sum it up. She finished and I could barely see a slight color change. After having to tell people I had my hair done because no one could tell, I decided to complain. She said I told you this was going to take multiple applications. I said I'm not going to spend hundreds of dollars to achieve what I should have gotten in 1 session. I could of seen better results spending 4 dollars and doing it at home. I didn't want money back, I just wanted my hair fixed. I was told they aren't responsible for my color washing out. Are you kidding me? 115 not finished and it washes out. I have, before, after and look at me now pictures and it barely looks any different. Also paid for my mother to get her hair done. She's a senior and wanted her to feel pretty about herself for the holidays. She asked for golden red tones with blonde highlights and came out looking gray and older then when she went in. Sad to say my total bill was 325.00 and they won't do anything to fix it. It's my fault because she told me Another session. I was a sucker once not again. Spent another 80 and got starter facial kits the girl told me all they had was for oily to normal skin (we have dry) she said it didn't matter their products are all the same. I used it 3 times and started drying all out. I called Aveda and they let me know I had been deceived again. They did allow me to return it but would not take responsibility for it. Making excuses instead of just appoligizing for their mistake.

I am 37 weeks pregnant and I got the prenatal massage, the place was clean staff was very welcoming, the massage therapist Tasha knew just exactly how much pressure it needs I love this place will definitely go back, it is pricey but its totally worth it because you pay for what you get and what I got was just perfect

I have had 3 different stylists over the period of about 10 years. Only due to the fact that they become stay at home mommies. Cassandra, Drea and Julia have all consistently cut my hair the same. I have loved all of them! The training they get lets me relax and know that these lovely ladies have control of my massive curly hair. I will never go anywhere else. And CONGRATS on your promotion Julia, you deserve it!!!!!

My first appointment my haircut was much less than desired. To get me back they offered a more expensive/experienced stylist but with 20% off. However at the actual appointment time they didn't give me the 20% off so I'm not pleased with them NOT staying true to their word but just trying to get me back in the door. Thanx.

I recently had a french manicure and pedicure at the salon. The technician was very nice, but the quality of the service did not match the price. $80 got me a mani/pedi that lasted 3 hours before all the polish flaked off. Go somewhere else if you want a good mani/pedi that survives more than a couple hours.

My color, cut and nails were done exactly how I requested. All the staff was very nice. My stylist was also helpful in recommending places near by since I'm new to the area. The receptionist also helped by looking up my Pure Privilege rewards number. My only suggestion would be to clean the color station chairs. The one I had was stained badly.

Mani/pedi
I went in for a manicure (no chip) and a pedicure. First it took 2.5 hours. It has never taken that long before for other places. Then when I got home one of my nail completely pealed off. Then 2 weeks later the no chip all came off. The bench for the pedicure was also very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend going.response / report this review -

I took my college daughter for a cut and color and she absolutely loved her time there. Jen was her colorist. She walked my daughter through all the steps, gave her the color options that worked best for her complexion, and went over the costs with me before she began. She was very responsive to what we wanted. The stylist was Ashley. She cut her hair exactly the way she wanted it! Wish I had more cash on hand for a better tip for both ladies. We'll be back!
