  Above and beyond, customer service is #1. We have been banking with them since we dropped Key Bank 0 effort from KEY. NEW BANK in Ferndale is what we needed. Cant say enough with all their help. Bravo Zulu, on a job. Well. DONE!!!

  We have been banking with WECU since 2007. Very pleased with the service. We have used WECU for muliptle types of banking transactions and have had great experiences all around.

  Staffs are good but other services such as online banking and transaction update is very slow if compared with other banks. I called online customer care for assistance as my debit card is not working neither my online banking transfer services and service representative told me to visit or call my financial institution on business hours as she is not able to view my account information on her system. It’s Saturday and I’m struck. Now thinking of moving my account to other bankers and not WECU. I strongly don’t recommend WECU if you like to view and make transactions online from your account and not visiting the bank.

  Felt like we were important enough. In the middle of helping us with our childs savings account, another worker walked in with information on ANOTHER customer. The lady assisting us dropped what she was doing with, and started with the other customers request.
