Barely adequate food in a moderately inadequate facility, served by an overextended wait staff, mostly to people who seem oblivious of what is going on around them. Plus one star for an absolute absence of pretension.

Understaffed on a Saturday ! One waitress that’s overworked . All tables were filthy. My sandwich was soggy and flat out gross. I left without eating. A total disappointment for Bob .

extremely unsatisfied I ordered a gluten Free burger from you guys and the guy I spoke with said the total is 10.82 after tax. my brothers picked up the order and paid with a $20 Bill and only got $4.50 back. The person did not give them a receipt. we would like the rest of the money one of your employees didn't give us.
I just called and asked to speak to the manager while this girl says " Oooooookkkayyy then" then calls him over and he was very rude about it. I would not recommend this Bob's burgers and Brew. I would highly recommend the one in birch bay square! they have the most friendly employees and make sure their customer is always satisfied.response / report this review -

I'm picky about my burgers. Three times out of four I don't even finish a burger because it lacks flavor. I finished the blue cheese burger here! Excellent flavor.

Tried to take my grandma to fish and chips, she warned me the "owner isn't very nice". I told her np, no one is going to be mean to us. We walked in and a grumpy dirty guy looked up asked how many, dropped 3 menus on a table seated far away from all of the wait staff and other customers and walked away. Restaurant was pretty dead (looking back i understand why now) waitress and himself seemed to be it on a Saturday night at 6pm. We waited to order drinks or be greeted properly while watching both of them continue on the other side of the restaurant , looking over at us but never once acknowledging. Fast forward 15 minutes we finally get up to leave and he yells "oh sorry" to our backsides. Needless to say, Blaine Bobs was amazing. This needs to be called something other than "Bob's" ..gives em a bad name .

I went into Bob's in Ferndale for the first time with my family last week. When we entered the restaurant there was nobody there to greet me. I finally sat down, and the waitress came out. She immediately explained that we could not bring our water bottle in the restaurant to fill up (it was a very hot day and we had a long car ride back to our home in Oak Harbor). We also were told we could not sit in the spot we selected (I have 2 kids so I was not happy about that) I then asked her if we could have a water to go to place in the bottle once we leave, and she said no. So we left. I will now never even try Bob's Burgers because the waitress there was rude and acted like she didn't want our business, nor cared when we told her we were leaving. She smiled when I said we will be taking our business elsewhere. So if you go, I recommend not going in on a Saturday afternoon, because your server will most likely be rude, and not even care to seat you!

Tasty food, and it came really fast! Honestly the only reason it's 4 instead of a 5 is because it really needs to be updated inside. The staff were really nice and helpful, and the food was really good. It'll sit in your gut for hours! 🙂 Good value for the price too.

Big portions of delicious steak fries, Philly cheese is spot on.

Literally just ordered take out. My wife repeated mine and her order over and over and they said they had it for sure. No mayo on her burger and mine plain add cheese.. Drove over when it was ready and drove all the way back home. Opened it up and the fries are cold and soggy like they just threw in a batch that was left out and my burger has no cheese and everything else on it.. How hard is a plain with cheese burger..so I got to pay 11 dollars for a meat patty. Save your self some time and go to good burger for the same price and be much happier with your experience
