The food and atmosphere is great but the service is very lacking.

Great food! Home made everything. Good service. Nice atmosphete. I gave it a four star because it is a little pricey and noisy.

We were there at the end of the day and the service was not great. They seemed to be more focused on closing than serving us. Food was great.

Usually a favorite place, but this time the sandwich we ordered had soggy wet onions, advertised as carmelized..not. the meat was a very sad quality, I could do better from a grocery store, AND the bun, I would have expected, a bakery quality, but again, sadly. ..not. So will give another chance, will not order the beef dip, and hope next time the food I eat, will taste as good as the bakery items, look, on display.

Service so bad we didn't stick around for food! After waiting in line for ten minutes, making eye contact with multiple employees and not getting greeted in any way, two parties of three were seated before us. At that point I asked if I was supposed to write my own name on the list, and was told yes. I suggested that their sign say that, instead of "please wait to be seated."

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before our party was acknowledged and another 5 minutes before we were seated. I would understand this delay if the cafe would have been closer to capacity, but it was only 25% occupied. There were 3 waitresses on staff and we seemed to be an inconvenience to all of them. Then we were seated next to 2 full tables which was uncomfortable for the adjacent tables as well as our group. Then when asked for drinks we ordered 2 coffees and 2 waters, we received one of each abruptly placed on the table without a chance to correct the situation the waitress left without a word. The coffee was horribly bitter and barely warm which is a shame since I was planning on ordering an espresso to go. Once the food arrived; the most timely portion of this experience the eating experience mirrored that of the coffee. The potatoes and biscuits were burnt and the gravy was warm at best. It was a heartburn episode waiting for a victim. Needless to say if the staff doesn't take pride in serving their customers the rest of the components will ultimately fail. This will be the last time my patronage goes to sponsor such a complete lack of tact and service. It is at best a substandard version of a Cracker Barrel only with worse food. Sorry to have to write this.

The food is good, but the service is horrible i sat for close to 10 min before our drinks showed and close to 25 for a cinnamon roll and pancakes. I got my daughter chocolate chip pancakes and normally a meal comes with some kind of protein but no.l the bacon is an add on. So in stead I paid 7 dollars for chocolate chip pancakes. That is outrageous. Like I said the food was good, but it wasn't 7 bucks for kids pancakes good.

Great food, and great atmosphere. If you are in the area check it out. All made in house from scratch. Plus my wife and I used to meet here for lunch before we were married. So it holds a special place in my heart

Very long wait. Very slow service. Watching others eat when you were seated well before them and you are hungry is not fun. Way too loud. Cannot even get your legs under the too short tables. Over all not enjoying the place. Food is just average. Food is served drop-and-run. Recommend finding a different place to eat.

It's our #1 place to go. The food is not only great tasting but also healthier than other places. You leave feeling good. Their baked goods are awesome and fresh.. We also like the way it looks inside, along with the cute little Shop that's connected. We always bring friends here to eat with us. There is no other place like this.

Really good food and a cozy atmosphere. I had one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. The prices are very expensive and they could season their food better. But overall, I was very happy. I don't think I'll go back simply because of the prices. If I do, it'll be only for the rolls.

We found this gem of a restaurant and ate breakfast. Everything was so good and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Local fresh ingredients! We recently moved from GA to this area and will definitely be back. Lunch next time and some of the delectable baked goods to go 👏🏻
