Just recently ate at this establisment. The positives are that the atmophere and view are lovely. My husband had a grilled hamburger that he enjoyed along with the tartar sauce and fries. I unfortunately ordered the fish and chips. The coleslaw was unedible and so was the fish. It appeared to be yellow in color and the crust was thick hard and awful. Lesson learned DO NOT order the fish!!

We love the Fireweed Terrace Restsurant; my husband and I usually come for Sunday breakfast about once a month and he absolutely loves the chicken fried steak and eggs. I order the breakfast burrito because it never disappoints. A wonderful place to take out of town guests for a nice meal and an awesome view. The waitstaff is superb!

Fireweed at Mount Vernon, WA, is a restaurant with outstanding service and great food. Guests are given courteous and efficient service in a casual atmosphere and the food is tasty and satisfying. The menu offers a generous number of choices at very affordable prices and the view from the dining room is spectacular.

Service is attentive, but the food is disappointing. Took out of town guests there for lunch on a Sunday, and our guest ordered a chicken salad. The chicken was not cooked through out. She sent it back and iit still was not thoroughly cooked when it came back. Also, the waitress told one of the guests that there were potatoes on the side, with the order for Corned Beef Hash. There were not. The Reuben was too greasy and the french fries were soggy and limp. Guess we will not bring guests, or ourselves there, until we learn that food prep has improved greatly.

Food was amazing!! Loved the popcorn chicken, crab cake sandwich, and the chocolate cake. Service was wonderful! Food was on the table fast and freshly hot. The view is gorgeous and has a small and intimate setting. Definitely my new favorite place!
