I’ve gone here for years and have always received the best service. Their office staff are always helpful and their therapists are the best! From prenatal to deep tissue, I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone here. My family loves them too!

This rating is based on a policy I don't agree with. I went here for lymphatic massage, and Semaj did a wonderful job, and is truly a special person and very caring. I am totally disabled due to chronic illness with Lyme disease, the Lyme disease coinfection Bartonella, and infection with 4 species of mold. I'm incredibly ill. There is absolutely no way that I can know how I'm going to feel from one day to the next. Their policy is to charge full price of the service without 24 hours notice. Normally I would agree that policy is policy. Not in this case. I cancelled my appointment 2 hours before I was to be there. I was having a severe anxiety attack, and could not get myself to calm down, let alone drive 20 minutes down I-69 to the appointment. I called as soon as I could and had to leave a message on voicemail, since they were closed. No one ever called me to check in on me. No one called to ask if I was ok. No one called to tell me that they were going to charge my credit card for the missed appointment. I would have been more than accepting of the charge if someone had called to check in with me and tell me that they were going to have to charge me for the missed appointment. It left such a bad feeling with me that I cancelled all further appointments. It's very important to me that a business shows that they care and put their clients first. Instead, policy was given precedence. Perhaps a policy change is due for those of us who are extremely ill, and cannot possibly know how we will feel until the day of the appointment?

Best prenatal massage! Girl at the front desk was super friendly and professional. Kris was my massage therapist and she was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I get all of my massages at Vital Living! The staff is always friendly and works within my busy schedule. I always feel much better when I leave and so relaxed. I will always go to this special place for my massages and any therapeutic muscle work I need taken care of.

I used to do massage regularly but when my normal therapist left town I struggled for awhile to find someone new. After a few bad massages I gave up for awhile until I got referred here. Everything from the first interaction to the last was great. Samaj is a magician and I walked out of there mentally and physically relaxed. Best massage experience I've had in a long time.

They will cure what ails you..seriously! I have seen 3 therapists and each has their own niche and area of expertise. You can't go wrong with any of the therapists. The prices are reasonable, too. The atmosphere is warm and inviting--a welcome change from a lot of the places. I highly recommend VL for your health and wellness needs.

My doctor recommended using an infrared sauna for detoxing from my heavy metal poisoning. A friend mentioned the medical grade infrared body wraps at Vital Living Well Spa. I decided to try them and noticed instant body wide pain relief from my Lyme disease as well. I have decided to keep using them as part of my medical treatment plan. I am also very grateful to the staff at Vital Living for making me feel so welcome and comfortable. I will continue to tell others about my success with the infrared body wrap treatments.
