  It was an overall good experience, however my hair was cut way more than what I wanted it to be and the staff didn't seem very friendly.

  Generally good service, but can vary drastically based on who you get.. for the most part the stylists that have been working for a few years or longer are far better than the newer members

  Good place to get a haircut. Be sure to check the peak hours because the wait can be a bit long. Generally pretty well staffed as well.

  I've been here a few times. They rush through haircuts, and do a shabby job. Yet they behave and charge far beyond their level of skill.

  I got a pixie when I asked for a chin length bob. I was not paying attention, which is my fault but I did show pictures and explained clearly to the stylist what I wanted. She was busy chatting with her friend while cutting my hair. After I realized the disaster she kept trying to say how good it looked when it did not! Never stepping here again.
