I loved the highlight and cut done by Amy. My stylist, Kelly, wasn't available but no worries as they are all very qualified!

From the beginning this salon has been absolutely amazing. I first spoke with Jenny about bringing in my bridal party of about 15 people. She was extremely helpful and got everything organized for my group. Bailey did my make up and Marlise did my hair and they both exceeded my expectations. All of my girls looked amazing and they all had different artists with different styles. I even had a slight bridezilla moment with how I imagined the flower's girls hair looking for my wedding day and 2 stylists immediately asked to see a pic of what I was wanting and took the girls back to redo it. I felt bad for complaining but they did not make me feel bad and were more than happy to help make it right. For 15 of us I thought it was pretty affordable . Everybody who works there is extremely professional and you can tell they love not only what they do but the company they are working for. I would recommend Tyler Mason Salon Spa to any brides looking to treat their girls :)

Do a great job and no tipping policy makes it less awkward. However they send passive aggressive letter if you cancel, although they cancel on clients for events often.

Kylie is always fantastic - Love my hair every time I walk out. She listens to my needs - low maintenance, but pretty; not too many products & no flat irons required! I'm getting ready to move to another part of town but am definitely still going to make the drive every 8 weeks to come to Tyler Mason. Thank you!

Having a Great Hair Day, Every Day
For longer hair styles, the cut is most important. Not a hair expert, I tried a new hair style (at a different salon) that was not a great fitand needed a fast remedy. Tyler Mason is committed to use organic certified products, which enticed my friend and me to come in.
My entire experience was pleasant. Lauren was very professional with recommendations and great advice. After the main cut, she would keep trimming and perfecting the cut as my hair dried. By the end, I was in love with my hair. Lauren listened to my concerns and showed me different styling tips so I could do them at home.
It's been 2 months since my hair cut, and I'm still in love. You can make a safe bet that I'll be back.response / report this review -

Usually I don't give reviews and don't like to bash businesses, but this time I think it's necessary to let people know what a bad experience I had recently. Defenitly not a place to have your nails done. I had a French manicure and they did such an awful job I complain and they said comeback for a redo and when I came back they did an even worse job. Refund I don't think so. They are criminals!

This place is first class! I had a 30 minute massage and it was so wonderful that I wish I had played for the 60 minutes! Ask for Luke. He was fantastic! Will definitely go again!
