Service is outstanding, everyone of the stylist are very nice and listen to exactly what you want. Kid friendly as well. This is the only place I will go to get my hair cut.

Been going here for years and have always been satisfied. Love how my stylist (Cheryl) colors my hair. She doesn't color over my highlights making them last as long as possible.

Very mixed feelings. Was greeted very poorly by Cherly (learned she is a manager) who was obviously upset she was given a new client. She was very rude, she even told me she has a very restrictive clientele and made a face of disgust. I told her I didn't ask for her I was assigned to her. Preceded to text on her phone, then said she wasn't feeling well. Honestly I don't believe she was sick due to having zero interest in my presence, but was so happy she wasn't going to be touching me!!! Amanda was the stylist who actually cut my hair, she was great and very nice. I'm sure I'll ever return though, as no one welcomed me upon my arrival and was treated like an alien with a disease by the manager. Worst welcoming experience ever at a salon.

Rhonda is fantastic with special needs children! I went to Changes salon before. They did an "ok" job on my son and then refused to cut his hair again because "it was too disruptive" to their other clients. I was so disgusted by this that my family will never go there again and I tell everyone of my experience with them. After that, we went to Rhonda L. at Loves. She was so good with him, she did an amazing job even tho he wouldn't be still at all. She didn't even want him restrained. She just let him move around as he wanted and was still able to do an amazing job. Oh, and they charge less than the other place as well. Even the other patrons at the salon were understanding of the situation and were sweet. Our family will never go anywhere else. We always have a great experience and are very happy!

Awful!! I went in today to get my fringe done and even showed the woman (Heather) a picture on how I wanted it. Instead of actually looking at it, she just slightly glanced at it and began chopping away. It's not close to the picture at all!!! She ruined my hair!!!

I had my hair done at another salon. Big mistake! I went straight to loves, every single worker came to my rescue. They all had clients but that didn't stop them from coming over and helping me out, and not miss a beat to there clients. All of them are super friendly, and very professional. They did such an amazing job on my hair. I highly recommend loves hair and spa!.
