  I bought the bridal package with them, and they were so professional and so organized. They were very accommodating when I needed to add hair appointments, and generally very friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  The only thing that keeps me from rating a five was the stinch of ash tray on my stylist. Nice hair cut, nice lady, horrible bar room smell detracted from the experience.

  While it is true that I had little done, I found it really rushed and, let's face it, unprofessional. Having eyebrows epilation on a hair washing chair was really uncomfortable.

  I made an appointment here for a Brazilian blowout after reading reviews and confirming they had a stylist that specialized in the treatment. The first treatment did not work. They had me come in again to fix it. 2ND try, no results. I've had this treatment done before so I know what it is supposed to do and that it works on my hair. After several weeks of back and forth with the manager, she refused to give me a refund. Hours of my time and over $200 later I'm extremely disappointed with my experience.
  
  Don't waste your time or money.
  
  I went elsewhere and the treatment worked just fine.

  Free drinks, pleasant service with a great ambience. Hair washing stations were divine. The hair coloring process was comfortable with very knowledgeable staff. Matthew was my stylist and I would recommend him. High quality, tad expensive but the results were worth it.
