Dr. Butler is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had new contact lenses ordered and they arrived faster than usual.
Dr. butler went step by step and made it very easy for me to learn how to insert and extract my lenses. Highly recommend Dr. Butler to any one looking for a good Optometrist!!response / report this review -

Got a left and a right contact from here for my cornea disease. This office is the best,cool down to earth ppl. The doctor won’t let you leave until everything is proper. Very caring and a very comfortable environment, i would definitely recommend to all.

I've been seeing Dr. Butler for years, he's extremely nice and very knowledgeable. His staff is extremely polite and helpful. They always answer all my questions and just recently helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses!

Dr. Butler and staff are knowledgeable and professional, and do their work with respect and compassion!! I was diagnosed with keratoconus after 2 years of vision problems, and was referred to Vision Plus for specialized lenses. Dr. Butler's amazing and caring staff, especially Dawn, stepped in with devotion and compassion and spent a tremendous amount of time fighting with my insurance company to cover the full cost of these expensive lenses. After many weeks and a ton of effort they succeeded!!! I finally got fit for lenses and I can see clearly for the first time in years!! Thank you Dr. Butler, Dawn, and the entire Vision Plus staff!

From the get go, the staff is wonderful. Efficient and the doctor is kind and will go out of his way to make sure your experience is the best. My only caveat is I wish there were more of a selection of designer frames. However, they will bend over backwards to make sure you get frames that you love.

I recently wrote a review commenting on the financial services, however since then, Dr. Butler and his staff addressed my concerns and gave me a refund. I greatly appreciate their response as it ensured me they value customer satisfaction. I would greatly recommend Vision Plus to anyone.
