Twice now I've been to this shop wanting to look at and potentially buy a bike from creeper trail bike shop and both times they were closed before the sign had posted on the store and also the Google page. I live 30+minutes away so this was really an inconvenience for me since that was my only agenda both times in Abingdon. The first time i arrived roughly 45 minutes before the shop closed and the second time i arrived about an hour and fifteen minutes before the posted closing time. Both times the shop was locked with no-one in sight. Long story short is that i will not be returning to this bike shop. Highlands bike shop down the road never closes an hour early and their staff has always been helpful so i would much rather give them my business. If i could give this a zero star then i would.

Very friendly service. Recommend starting here with the shuttle so you can do the full 34 miles. Very fair price for shuttle and we had a great driver that talked the whole way.

Always a pleasurable experience. I live in Abingdon and whenever we have out of town guests we take a journey down the mountain and everyone has expressed how much they have loved it. You don't want to miss out! The staff here are wonderful.

Staff is customer service driven. A family owned business that treats you like family. Shuttle driver was safe and took curves easily. He was very personable and pointed out points of interest along the trail as he drove us to white top mountain.

Great, friendly service. The employee who shuttled us to Damascus told us little stories about the homes and farms we passed, as well as giving a history about the town. The rentals are cheap and the souvenir t-shirts are only $13the cheapest I found around. There are also free helmets available. When we came back, we were muddy from having biked in the rain and they gave us a hose to wash down our legs. Would definitely recommend.

I've been using the "Bike Shop" for many years now and can't begin to tell you of the awesome experience they provide. I was a casualty of a lost cell phone this weekend and they went above and beyond the call of duty to locate my phone on the trail. Thanks again guys, you rock!!
