My cat had a problem back in 2006. Dr. Innes saw our pet and I was about to have major surgery and out of work. I expressed how difficult our situation was, but we still had a bill in the hundreds, with no surgery just meds. A few months later, I was about to undergo surgery and a relative was going to watch our dog for a couple of months due to his size and our fears that he might trip me post operatively. Knowing my family's financial difficulties, Dr. Innes again charged hundreds for unnecessary items, and even charged $29 for ONE sedative. I COULD HAVE EASILY GIVEN A BENEDRYL. A boarding facility later told me that he is a NOTORIOUS OVER-CHARGER.
