I made a appointment for 9:30 am. After 20 minutes I asked how much longer. The receptionist said there was one person ahead of me. In the mean time three more patients arrived. They were taken in ahead of me.
After 45 minutes I told them I was leaving they said they would go back and check I said don't bother. I was there to get my birds wings and feet trimmed a ten minute procedure. I knew if I stayed the people who just walked in would go ahead of me. I went there once before and the same thing happened. I guess there is more money with the other animals.
