The staff at Dancer’s Boutique has been wonderful throughout my daughter’s dancing career. They understand her needs, and when I forget to get new pointe shoes ordered early, they make every effort to get her shoes in on time, especially during show seasons. I am so thankful for them!

I was surprised at the quality of customer service after reading past reviews. I had to walk out of the store after being there 3 minutes. The woman "helping" us was very rude to my 2 year old, who seemed to have too much energy for her. So sad to witness.

Customer service is outstanding and the staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitting dance shoes. They have beautiful selection of merchandise as well! Everything I needed for my dancer!

Great selection of shoes, leos and tights. Staff is really friendly and very knowledgeable. They also have a punch card that when you fill up you get a discount. Highly recommend this store.

My three year old just started dance a month ago. I bought a bunch of leotards, two pairs of tights, a bunch of skirts, a pair of tap shoes, and a pair of ballet shoes. Everything there is great until you have to return something. The elastic on her ballet shoes snapped off after only three uses. Three. We had them less than a month. I took them into the store and was turned away. The woman working told me that it wasn't considered a defect and that I could easily sew them up. I understand that it would be an easy sew (I do sew as a hobby), but the point is that I shouldn't HAVE to sew them after only 3 uses. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning to the store for any future purchases (and there will be many). I should have just purchased them at Target for a cheaper price and the option to return should they have been DEFECTIVE.
