We were late for our appointment but they worked us in and were very friendly and accommodating. We'll go back next year for winterizing of our camper.

Excellent customer service! I came at closing and they treated me as if the day had just began. Their hours are tough to work around and so they try to accommodate you if you come at end of day. Come visit as they are passionate about what they do

I would not go back on a dare. I took my trailer in back in early May to have a full systems check performed. They were also going to go through the trailer and fix other things as needed. I finally got my trailer back on 14 August. When they brought the trailer out neither the driver side brake light or driver side directional light worked. One tire only had 28 lbs of air. When I asked if someone could come out to help me back it up (I was by myself), they said yes but nobody ever came out. There were some repairs that they couldn't perform because the could not get the parts but most repairs they just didn't do. They were nice enough to provide a list (need a light bulb in the bathroom, need four light bulbs in the kitchen, etc.) but I provided it to them to have all of the repairs done; however the ones they could do, they didn't for the most part. Oh, when I took it in in May, they said that they could have it ready by mid - June. Everyone was nice so that is one good thing.

Friendly and great prices - no pushy/high pressure sales people. Answered all questions when we were ready to ask after seeing everything.

closes at 5pm . arrived about 4:47 . I was inquiring about a new camper. Was told to come back another time closing now. Salesman never asked me my name or offered to give me a brochure or give me his card. I thought that was very rude. i understand it was close to closing time ,but he could have helped me for a few minutes instead of turning me away in that fashion. I will be sure to tell my friends in my camping group of my experience there and suggest they shop eleswhere for a camper/ parts/service. Business must be good if they can turn away a sale of a new camper!!!

Ray, who is the face for the parts department is very helpful. The reason for the 2 star rating is due to the lack of enthusiasm and support to First Responders/Military. I am a huge advicate for the Police, Fire Fighters, and Active/Retired Military. When asked, the Service Department, Sales, and company as a whole did not react to me asking about any type of discount in such a heavily First Responder/Military supportive region. Ray himself is even a Veteran and the Management/Owners don't bat an eye in reguards to this fact. Ray bent over backwards in his efforts and support in my unique request for a specific part that I needed. Again, the Managment Team seemed to not care for the fact that our First Responders/Military serve to protect them on a daily basis.
Note: After I aquired my part, I was prompted to proceed to the cashier where she disreguarded any conversation with me. While checking out, she was so in gulfed in a conversation with a member of the Management team on what she wanted for lunch, her reply was she had already eatten Sub Way. When I finished paying for my part I said, "Thank you, have a nice day.", with no response or acknowledgement I was trying to converse with her. If given the chance I would give my business to another dealership. !!!SAD FACES, BOO!!!
