These guys are willing to go the extra mile, if it is sales or service. Below are examples:

(1) I bought my son his ATV for Christmas and he went to go ride it after getting it, and it did not work properly. Disappointed, I sent Eric an e-mail on Christmas and with an hour I had a response/call that he wanted to drive an hour (on Christmas) to come down and make sure my little guy could ride it. That's dedication to customer service/satisfaction.
(2) For the inconvenience with the initial purchase, Eric went out of his way to assist us with accessories. Again, showing he wanted a happy customer.
(3) Given I lived 1+ hour from dealership, I took it to another dealership to get repaired one year later, and had nothing but issues with that dealer. I called up Eric, brought it in, One week later its working at a very reasonable price.

I won't go to another dealership. Awesome guys, very polite and will do anything for a Happy customer.

Would not service a safety concern right away or within 10 days due to not purchasing machine at shop. "take it back where you bought it if you want quicker service". Terrible service.

Worst garage anywhere. Three weeks for an inspection, brakes and fuel lines. They dented my tank, too bad I saw it after I was home. Now my bike is leaking gas all over the place. Run from these clowns.

They have a huge parts department. They have 2 full time mechanics, one who has been there for 20+ years working with the Polaris, and Skidoo product lines. They have real world experience at installing and maintaining equipment. If you buy a new machine, they install any accessories you buy for free. These are good guys who race, rid3, and enjoy the outdoors and want to make sure you do too.
