My favorite place to stay when I need to be close to downtown. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the hotel has an elegant, upscale members-only club feel about it. If you want to save on parking, there is a corporate parking garage two blocks away.

Great hotel with friendly staff and comfy rooms. Be sure to check out their happy hour cocktails made by the talented Heidi. Friendly and helpful reception with Erykah, Zulli & team. Courtesy car available for nearby drop offs is very handy.

Thieves work at this hotel. Don’t book if you travel with iPads, iPhones or other valuables. They’ll vanish and you won’t get them back. The hotel was fine. But there are thieves beware!!!! My iPad was stolen and they have cameras and know who used keys to enter the room, but still side with their dishonest staff. My headset was attached to the iPad. When I went back to the room the headset was there but the iPad was gone! I am still waiting for hotel manager to contact me.

The rooms were nothing short of amazing, and I've never had such friendly, professional service anywhere. Every room is a gorgeous suite, and the food is fantastic. A fabulous experience from top to bottom.

I came here for a Dine LA dinner. The restaurant is located at a beautiful hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills. The ambience was amazing and the food was delicious. I would recommend my friends to go.

Elegance is the word to describe this hotel. Perfect getaway vacation destination.
Service is great, and rooms are clean, neat and spacious. Dining at Avec Nous, located next to lobby is a wonderful dining experience.

Oh my god, what a beautiful hotel. A warm and friendly staff attentive to our needs, with a sophisticated and luxurious ambiance. I met with Vivian Campbell and received a tour of the hotel. I want to do a Staycation here soon!

A beautifully decorated hotel with courteous staff. A real treat to stay there. Cosy french restaurant. Lovely rooftop heated pool and relax area.

Room was fabulous, gym was great, lots of things that I never knew I wanted were there. There are some niggles. Coffee wasn't refilled in the room and dirty glasses were neither cleaned nor replaced by housekeeping, even after complaining. Service in the restaurant and bar was poor. Nearly wonderful.

We live in LA but like to get away for a night or two for a luxurious stay-cation. This hotel has such a nice relaxed vibe with attentive service, delicious food and they even make a great cup of tea! It was quiet and the rooms are big with balconies that let in air.

Great service! Really appreciated the extra effort by the staff to accommodate us. The newly renovated suites are beautiful, and the hotel itself is in a really quiet spot. My two nits are that the valet parking was a bit expensive, and I wish the gym was open later for those of us who don't get around to working out until midnight. The rest of it was great! My wife loved it too.
