This was our first time servicing our vehicle at Vic Bailey. My wife and I were very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy shown to us. The waiting room was comfortable and the free coffee and snacks were a bonus. We also appreciated the complimentary car wash (which we never received on our previous vehicles at other dealerships). We will absolutely return for all our car needs.

By far the best buying experience I have had buying a car. Hannah Carney was amazing start to finish. She didn't beat around the bush about price like some other Mazda dealers I have dealt with. She kept me up to date on when the model/color car I wanted, was going to be ready for me to pick up. Her and her team went out of their way to get the exact vehicle I was looking for, with no Haggling over price.
Brandon Price the Sales Manager Was fantastic as well. He did everything he said he was going to do. This places knows how to run a business. I will definitely be buying a car with them again.
I highly recommend going to see Hannah at Vic Bailey for all your car shopping.

Vic Bailey Subaru has been there every time we have needed them. If was to buy a new Outback, have body work done because of a hit and run, or to do routine service, they have been there each and every time to meet our need and with excellence.

There is another Subaru dealer so much closer to home but they unlike Vic Bailey Subaru do not seem motivated to offer the same level of service as Vic Bailey Subaru. They do not return phone calls or follow-up on messages left. It is well worth the extra miles to go to Vic Bailey Subaru. They do what they do and they do it extremely well.

By far one of the best customer service / service department dealerships that I have ever dealt with. I have owned a lot of cars in my life, but none of the dealerships have came close to treating me the way Subaru has. They make you feel like you purchased a luxury vehicle by the way you are treated. They go over and beyond, extremely nice, very informative, aren't pushy and they STAND behind their vehicles. I can confidently say that I made the absolute best decision when I purchased a Subaru.

Had the pleasure of working with Rick on a used Subaru Outback. It was by far the least painless car purchase I've experienced to date. No high pressure sales from Rick or the Finance guy. I was able to complete everything online, via text message and over the phone, and have my vehicle delivered to my door 2 hours away. As far as I could tell they had the lowest doc fee around on top of low prices. Pleasant experience all around. Next time we're in the market for another Subaru we'll check back in with Vic Bailey Subaru.

This is a wonderful dealership! We purchased our Subaru and have it serviced at Vic Bailey. We visited other dealerships but none compared favorably to Vic Bailey Mazda Subaru in terms of service, attitude, or price. In the three years we have had our Forester we have never been disappointed with the service at this dealership.

Jonathan wisely pointed out all the safety features of the vehicle. Great way to sell a car to grandparents! He knew where to take us to put the car through its paces. We'd been to another dealer where we only did basic driving around. We were sold on all the car could do. It was an easy sale. I like how it's easy to go in and learn how to use all the features. My only complaint would be how long I had to wait to get to the money guy. It was just bad timing. There were several people that needed to see him. It was an easy sale experience.

Called about scheduling oil change/service. I was told I could bring car in 'anytime'. I live 30 miles from Vic Bailey and when I arrived I was told that they would have my car serviced in 30 minutes. I walked my dogs for 30 minutes and when I returned they were parking my car outside --- 30 minutes! People are great and service too. To top it off, while I was paying service charges, my dogs were given way too many dog treats by the dog lovers there. We three left happy.

I never thought buying a replacement tire from the dealer would be a good experience, but with Vic Bailey Subaru it was! Woke up Saturday morning with a flat tire on our Outback due to a screw through the tread. Put the spare on and drove over to Vic Bailey, knowing they had Saturday morning shop hours. The service manager greeted me right away and asked what they could help with. I showed him the flat tire in the back of the car and he confirmed my fears - the puncture was too close to the sidewall to patch or plug - we'd have to buy a new tire. I asked how much, and the service manager said he would check. He came back right away and said it would be $107 (plus mounting and balancing), which for the make and size tire I knew was a good price. I did a quick Google search and could not find a better price anywhere else, so I told them to go ahead. They had the right size in stock and took our car in right away. 45 minutes later I was on my way home.

Great service! Very fair pricing!! Can't ask for anything more.

Wonderful experience from phone call to vehicle delivery. Connor and Vic were honest and very professional. We bought our son his first vehicle from Vic Beasley after driving 3 hrs. one wayrelying on dealers description, Connor's communication and overall experience. I easily traded a vehicle, and bought a new 2018 Crosstrek from Shannon over the phone! I simply had to show up, take a quick test drive, sign with finance and drive my new car home. No other dealer in my area wanted my business, as none wanted to work with me over the phone. I travel a good bit, so I couldn't waste time visiting lots. I'm very pleased with the sales process, and will return for my future cars!

The color combo my wife wanted was not on site, but a team effort got it there at no extra charge. The best automobile purchasing experience I've ever had and I'm being buying cars for 48 years of my adult life. My wife is thrilled and so am I. Five stars out of five!

I found a car on CarGurus and contacted the company through email late on Sunday night. Vic Bailey got back to me first thing the next morning. I was able to work with them and get a great deal. The car was shipped to me in Georgia with no problem. The salesperson was so nice and helpful. She responded to me quickly and professionally. I pray that God will bless their company for the kindness that was shown to my family.

I stopped by originally just to look first hand after doing some significant research on the new Outback and Legacy. My truck was past 250,000 miles, but still reliable and running great. However, it sometimes appeared less than professional to show up at business functions in a dusty old truck with very loud exhaust. Having owned a 2009 Subaru Legacy 3.0R GT and a 2013 Subaru Impreza 5-door previously (extenuating circumstances forced me to part with them), I always told people that I would only buy Chevy trucks and Subaru's. If Subaru made a REAL truck - not that Baja thing or the old Brat. But I digress

Michael Cecil approached me in the lot and helped me with some of my questions. Every vehicle purchase I have made prior to this I would have questions about the mechanical specifications that the salesperson would often not know or have to go ask someone. Michael was excellent. He was able to answer questions concerning the CVT transmissions, the tow ratings, and he let me come to my own decision in my own time by letting the product sell itself. We test drove the Outback with both engine options, he explained all of the safety features and demonstrated them. I ended up buying a 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited. I haven't had the vehicle for 24 hours yet so I can not give a thorough rating or review of the car, but I can of the dealership. I give full credit to Michael Cecil. He is very knowledgeable, approachable, and all around great guy and an equally great salesman. I'm already recommending my co-workers visit him at Vic Bailey!

Ashley quoted a cost $250.00 lower than when I drove 45 minutes to Vic Bailey so when she apologized I decided "well this is just great I would have to drive home another 45 minutes" so I decided to stay. She swore she would work hard to reduce the price. After waiting 6 1/2 hours (4 hours more than quoted) the service department was rude and short with me until they realized my car had been done an hour earlier. The price was an additional $100.00 over the second quote and NEVER take your car here!!

I was referred to Jerry Crawford by an individual who had just purchased a vehicle at Vic Bailey Subaru with his assistance. He worked very hard to see that we got the vehicle and deal we were searching for on a new Outback. When we took delivery he introduced us to the the Service Manager, who also was very professional, as well as friendly. He familiarized us with the handbooks, important service items and gave us a "hands-on" demonstration with the vehicle itself. He introduced us to other personnel who also acted interested in us and were very professional and friendly. When we drove away in our new vehicle we both had a feeling of great satisfaction with our experience. We will always speak well of the Vic Bailey personnel to our friends and acquaintances.
