Fantastic salon- decorated really cute, very cozy, everyone is friendly! Jodi does an amazing job with hair!! Super thorough and she makes sure you are 100% happy with the cut before you leave. Highly recommended to check her out, as well as the rest of Static 👍

I had Jordan cut my hair and it was great! He was so nice and gave me the best hair cut I've had in years. He listened to what I wanted and gave that and more. My hair is also very curly and he did an amazing job on it which can be a challenging thing to do well. I will definitely go back for whatever I need!

Today I saw Jordan for the first time. He listened closely to what I thought I wanted; and then he provided suggestions, based on his expertise. The result was a new hairstyle that I really, really like. In addition, he gave a very helpful tutorial for styling my new do at home. Thank you, Jordan!

Very very very pleased. Thank you Debbie. I've been living in this country for 5 years. Never found a stylist who understands my curly thick hair until I met you. I always end up with disappointing haircuts. I'm glad I got the strength to call and get an appointment this time. Finally found the best stylist ! Not only my husband loved my hair. I turned heads outside too made him jelous lol. Keep up the great work.

I love Static Hair Salon. Taylor does a great job, is quick and fun to talk to. She was able to flawlessly replicate the cut I was getting and actually improved upon it. Very affordable compared to what I was paying for the same cut on the East Coast, but their prices did just go up to around $30 without tip for my cut. Hip atmosphere, free coffee and courteous front desk staff. Highly recommend for men's cuts that are a notch above what you'd get at a barber shop.

As someone who's on the road full-time, it can be challenging to find a good stylist. When I checked Yelp reviews for Lawrence, Static Salon scored very high. I called to ask which stylists are good with short hair, and the receptionist said "all of them!" That's a pretty bold recommendation, so I booked a same-day appointment with Jen -- a delightful woman who really knows hair. She gave me an excellent short cut and I left happy. I recommend Static and Jen to anyone who's looking for a positive salon experience!

I've gotten my haircut at static around 5 or 6 times now, and Jen always does an awesome job. I've chosen different styles every time and it always looks great. Also has a great atmosphere and coffee while you wait. Go see Jen!

Very professional people, very relaxed environment. People go to Static for everything from kids haircuts to high end wedding prep services. Most of the people I know who go to Static have gone for many many years. It's great when a local business has so many real "friends" in the community.

I just moved here and needed a hair cut bad so I read reviews and took a chance at Static Hair Salon. Jen is a great hair stylist! I love my hair. I will definitely be going back to her as long as I live in Lawrence. Also the receptionist are very friendly!! :)
