This store is right down from where I live. It’s about 3 years old and is managed very well. Every person and I mean every person is extremely nice and even offer to take your grooves to your car. Very good wine selection and extremely clean store.

Cakes are good however, poor communication and management within in department.have to call back multiple times to clarify orders for both time we placed orders. Team members from event planning does not talk each other. Not sure worth the time. Frustrating with service.

Super genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Fresh food. We used to shop at a competitor and constantly had to take back spoiled produce. That has never happened at Publix. We will continue to shop here! Thank you!

Best lunch today at Publix- Fort Mill, SC!! Love the Chinese food barthe best! Then to have that great air conditioned lunch room with WiFi couldn't have had a better lunch hour! 😊👍

Their customer service is like no other. I even had the butcher ask me if he could help me find something when I was looking down an isle. Their BOGO free offers are the best!

I have always used Publix to customize cakes for different occasions. My husband called in a custom order for a specific chocolate cake, double lemon filling and chocolate cream cheese icing. This order was made on a Friday to be picked up on Sunday. This was a birthday cake for me. When we arrived after Church on Sunday to pick up my birthday cake and celebrate with our family, one of the decorators gave us a Ganache Supreme cake. this is one of Publix's signature cakes. When we asked about the order, the decorators stated they don't make chocolate cream cheese icing. I asked her did the cake have lemon filling and she stated no. I asked her how could someone from their department botch up an entire custom cake order and her response was, " she (the person who took the order) is a baker and she doesn't make cakes". I asked her what do the bakers do at Publix and she said she makes bread. Go figures!!! We handed her the Ganache Supreme cake and the ticket and left the store! Needless to say, we were very upset.
My husband called the Publix in Rock Hill off Cherry Road and ordered my specific birthday cake with them. Unfortunately, we did have it on my birthday but was able to enjoy it on Monday afternoon. Mr. Marcial took our order and did an exceptional job on my cake. It was also beautifully decorated.
Because the Gold Hill Publix offered us no solutions to their blunder or any type of compensation, I will never order any type of cakes from this store!!!!

Always a great experience. Everybody's helpful & friendly. They're fast @ checkout & usually help you unload your cart. I know several people by name(& they know mine) & consider them friends. I know a bunch more by sight to say hi to. I've never had a bad visit.

Had an issue with a lost wallet, but had my check book with out a hard copy of my ID, went to Harris Teeter and they turned me away and Publix was very accommodating. This is not as close to my house but I will drive by Harris Teeter to shop here from now on. Great Customer Service.

My husband and I had our wedding cake and flowers done through this store. They were so helpful and hands on it was wonderful! Our wedding cake was GORGEOUS! They blew me away with it! Our flowers were amazing! So beautiful! Great experience! Would definitely recommend them to any future bride!

if your measure of a grocery store is a place where you have to verbally acknowledge every single employee in the place, then you may like this place. if you are there to buy produce, then you would be better off at ANY other store in the area including walmart. if you are looking for something fresh out of their bakery area before noon, you have wasted your time. most things in their deli are pre-packaged, high fat, low quality buckets of gup you would expect to find at a homeless shelter. the store in general is a flufly, bright, imitation of a high end grocery store that falls far short on food quality.
