The staff at this hotel is great. This was my second stay but will not be my last. Very comfortable and the burger and drinks at the small bar are great.

Our visit to the Hyatt Place RDA was a great experience. I Love the large rooms that comfortably accommodate our family. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend Hyatt Place to our family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Hyatt Place.

Solid spot to stay. Usually very price competitive. It is clean, and the staff is attentive and kind. Nice, quiet, most business crowd. I usually stay around this area if I have business in RTP, Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill. Lots of food options within just a couple miles, next door to the airport, and right on I-40.

Love this hotel! Walked in and Eric at the front desk was by himself, had 45 more minutes before he had help so he couldn't make food, but he did make me a drink and told me he would make the food as soon as help came in. He was super awesome and accommodating to everyone needing assistance. He made my pizza about 30 min later(so good) and even brought it to the pool area for me! He went the extra mile to help in every way possible! Good job Big E!

This place was extremely clean!! Only needed to stay for the night. Our family of six stayed in a single room with two double beds and a sofa bed. Room was spacious and met our needs.

Great hotel. Breakfast is good, rooms are suite size, very clean, and the rooms are updated. Kitchenette is present as well. Big screen TV. The sound proofing is good and the Jets usually stop around 11pm.

Great hotel! This hotel saved my trip from disaster - they were able to accommodate me for two days at great rates at The last minute. The room was stunning - renovated, clean, comfortable. Food was better than I expected. Parking was not a problem. Staff on duty were wonderful - i won't forget the night crew soon. Everyone made it so easy for me - they got it right the first time! I would stay here again anytime.

2nd year in a row. Super clean and great service yet again. The Hyatt Place is officially my go-to hotel whenever I'm in North Carolina. Highly recommend.

How dishonest! I walked in late at night. Asked, "how much for 1 room". Was quoted price like other hotels in area. I said ok. Went to car, got suitcase and daughter. When we signed in, the SAME man wrote $10 more. I said "NO" - you just quoted me $89! He smiled and said, yes, fine. We did not buy anything! We checked the next day. And now the bill appears on my charge card at $156.72!!

Nothing at this property can possibly make up for the fact that it's right in the airport's final approach path! This property is very noisy!!!
Like a few other reviewers, my room on the fourth floor also had a musty odor. Luckily, I always travel with a few small bottles of essential oils; six drops of lavender into the A/C filter and the smell was gone.
As for the staff, they were great. No complaints in that department.
This Hyatt Place is the first generation, 1.0, design: It has not been updated like most other Hyatt Place locations around the country. Even the Hyatt Place in Midtown Raleigh has been updated!response / report this review -

Having stayed at quite a number of Hyatts, I've noticed that the airport locations do tend to be more "gently used." This location seemed a bit below average in that respect.
I opened the door to my first-floor room and was instantly met with a musty odor. The room was comfortable except for the king bed, which was worn to the point of having permanent indentations in the common pressure points. To save my back, I ended up sleeping on the pullout bed, which was actually very nice.
This first floor room shares a wall with an ice machine, so that noise was present frequently in the evening, as was the chatter at the bar down the hall. Nearby staff service doors also opened and closed frequently in the evening hours.
Breakfast was very good. The Hyatt Place breakfast sandwiches here were really tasty, and the rest of the standards were fine as well. The free coffee was serviceable, and "upgraded" Starbucks is available for a fee.
Housekeeping did not follow the "green" laundry policy posted in the room. I even hung the "green" tag on my bath towels so they wouldn't be washed after one use, but this was ignored and towels refreshed anyway.
All in all, if I'm in the area again, I'll likely try a different Hyatt.response / report this review
