Bill’s did a great job with our termite inspection. I later called them out on a concern. It did turn out to be a termite tube. They treated the area and I have not had any other issues. The service man was professional and knowledgeable. Was very happy with their service.

We started with home inspection which was the best and most through inspection. We also ordered a termite inspection which showed that we had no termites so they performed a complete spray and provided a one year contract. I come to find out they have many more services. Great customer service.

Beware; We had Bill's Home service inspect our home before buying. Beware, after finding our roof leaks, there are termites, seal failure on windows, etc., they let us know that the fine print says that they are not guaranteeing their inspection, and that they just eyeball the things that they're looking at, that is not an inspection. The man who did the inspection admitted to my husband that he did not get on the roof. So I would suggest not guaranteeing the money that you pay them, at the very least know this and pay them what they deserve.

Performed a home inspection review with vague and overbroad recommendations that required negotiations by both buyer and seller that were unnecessary. If you hire him you need to make sure he writes out specifics and not boilerplate CYA language that is not usable.

We have used Bill's Home Service for almost 10 years now. We started when we lived in a rental then had them take over the monthly pest service when we purchased our home 5 years ago. When I have a question, or I think there are too many bugs, all I have to do is call and they take care of my concerns immediately. Two years ago I signed up for a termite contract because it's like life insurance for my house! I highly recommend Bill's Home Service. How can you go wrong when there are 4 generations running the company! Thanks Bill's!!

I needed an emergency, after-hours bee removal at my home and Bill's came to the rescue. Thanks so much to technician Randall for his fast, efficient and courteous service removing the hive and bees from our property. I hate to kill bees, but with a family member who had an allergic reaction it was an emergency.
