  Venice Beach Villas is delightful !! I've stayed there on more than one occasion. The owner is cordial, courteous & welcoming. The suites are immaculately kept bright & sparkling clean !! Any utensil you could possibly need is right there in the kitchen. We had a BBQ on the awesome patio with some fresh grouper & steaks we bought. The heated pool is fabulous too !! The linens are plush & fresh. We enjoy riding the bicycles that are available for use. And it's a block to Venice Beach & a few blocks to the shoppes & restaurants. Love, love, love it there & will return time & again. Thank you for a memorable vacation !!

  Very pleasant, comfortable and updated. Cleanliness: immaculate. Our unit had a very glossy, new appearing tile floor. When we checked in, took my shoes and socks off- on moving around the room, I felt not a single grain of sand! Pool was also super. Nice location, one block walk to the "main drag"- shops, restaurants etc. Not far from the beach, 10 minute walk. We found driving there was best- Venice beach has free parking! Very laid-back community, not the usual intense tourist atmosphere. Will definitely return.

  This was a second stay . I absolutely love this place, it's clean, comfortable and we'll maintained! I felt like i was at home. For our wedding they left a sweet note and some champagne!

  My husband and I stayed here in September 2016. We stayed in a one bedroom unit on the Menendez St. side and it was perfect. The unit was super clean, a/c worked great and it had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and a grill by the pool and garden area. The location was perfect, and they had beach bikes you could use for free, so we biked everywhere including to the beach and restaurants. The pool was also very clean, and the grounds very well kept. We appreciated that they had a binder in the unit with area information (restaurants, beaches, things to see/doetc) especially since we had never been to that area. We are definitely planning on going back again this year!

  Would have been 5* but for the very noisy air con unit, we had a very enjoyable stay, well located for the beach and local shops and dining all of which are an easy stroll away, highly recommended.

  We have stayed at Venice Villas for over 23 years. We had family reunions there and had over two entire pods purchased for our stay spending thousands at the villas each year. The new Mgr is rude, obnoxious, and we could go on forever as he rushed to judgment on an incident he knew nothing about. The rooms are not updated and the beds are terrible , seems like a throw back to the 70's. The pool is nice and the beach area is nice . The maintenance person is also very nice. However for our hard earned money every year and family reunions we will stay at another location. Wish Marge was back as she made our stays great even with the outdated rooms.

  We just got back from a wonderful week in Ft. Myers Beach. The Edison Beach House was once again the perfect place to stay while we were there. The check in staff as well as the support staff were great.

  We stayed at the Venice Beach Villas last week and have nothing but good to say. The location is perfect. It is located 2 blocks from downtown and 4 blocks or so from Venice Beach. We had a small villa, but it worked out perfectly for us. It is older, but remodeled and very clean.

  My husband and I stayed a week at Venice Beach Villas and we had a wonderful time. Walking distance to quaint downtown and also about 2 blocks from the beach. The place was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. The owners are very nice and helpful. Great swimming pool and laundry facilities. Excellent cleaning staff. We would definitely recommend this place if you are a clean freak!
