One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. I decided to go off a recommendation since my normal salon was closed—terrible idea. First when I got there one of the workers was spanking her kids directly in front of customers, which I find very unprofessional. Next, the guy doing my nails never asked if I wanted them cut down or shaped and when I asked him to fix one because it was at an angle he got an attitude. The nail color I picked was NOTHING like what was actually painted on. And lastly, I just found out the tip I gave was DOUBLED in my account! One he wasn’t that good for double, and two, THAT IS STEALING! Awful. Awful. Awful.

They do a good job, but the first time I went in there, there was a woman soliciting a healthy water and the employees were pushing it as well. Felt like a sales opportunity versus being relaxing.

I am giving this place a 1 star review only because no stars is not an option. This is by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in for a mani/pedi and was disappointed with both. I asked for a clear pink dip powder and ended up with a bright pink powder. Then my pedicure was smudged by the technician and never fixed. Even though I showed him pictures of what I wanted 3 times, he still continued to do them wrong. I was so frustrated all I wanted to do was just pay and leave. After I paid $75 and was waiting for my mother to finish, the manager and tech that did my nails was arguing about the price he charged me. She approached me and told me I needed to pay another $5. Can you believe this? WOWI really thought I was in a customer service nightmare. So, here I am one day later and my dip powder nails have began to chip off. I have never complained on a company's site before but I hope this will keep someone from making the same mistake I did by trying this place out.

Charged me $31 dollars for a fill when their pricing book said it'd be about $24. Went and complained and they made up some excuse that made absolutely no sense. I definitely do not recommend going there.

My 1st time at this place. Arrived at 9:30am. Informed 30 minutes. While waiting, a customer tried to tell a staff that her water was over flowing (pedicure). Next, water went everywhere, all over customers purse, shoes. While watching them clean this mess up, I talked to another customer who said she would not have nails done here (her gel nails didn't last) she was with a friend. They charge extra if you use your bank card. By this time, 11am, 3 other customers came in and asked how long is the wait. Again, they said 30 mins. While waiting 9:30am till 11am, 4 customers left including myself.
I would not recommend this place. It's not clean and saw one of the guys drop something on the floor, picked it up and started using again on his customer.
They obviously are:
short staff
Dirty inside
Can't tell close times
Charge for unnecessary fee's. So, I wouldn't recommend this place. Good luck.response / report this review -

Had a great experience as a first time customer. The chairs were amazing, service was great. I didn't get the color that I asked for, but generally like the one I was given. The place seemed well kept, very nice, friendly environment.

Highly recommended. Very nice people. I had acrylic nails, they stayed on for atleast 4 weeks, cost around $40 but it was worth it, they lasted a long time and didn't break easily.

Had a full set with Daniel. He did a French ombre for me and I absolutely love it! He really took his time to make sure they look great! I will definitely go back!

Terrible. My nail guy went missing many times prolonging my experience. The nails look absolutely terrible. You can see the sides of my actual nail. He also didn't paint to my cuticle, so my fresh set looks like it's about a week old already. He did not shave down the accrilic underneath so my finger is still stuck to it. Very displeased with the work. Do not recommend.

This is an amazing nail spa. Massage chairs are wonderful. Had a wonderful experience today! My pedicure was awesome. The new cat eyes gel polish looks great on my finger nails. Thanks Eric for doing such a nice job.

Everyone there is very good when doing your nails. Everyone is very nice and talks to you. You never have to wait very long. I have been going there since the first day they opened, and will always go there. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!
