I just got a mani/pedi from this place about 1 hours ago. This place was amazing!!! I arrived and was served right away. The ladies here were very professional and thoughtful. They took the time to clean up the cuticles and gave me a fantastic design .

I have tried SO many nail salons in the area; without question, this place is the BEST!
The staff were so adorable and friendly. My technician spent a lot of time on my cuticles (which was great) and then gave me the fantastic nails. The decoration is so beautiful. The place is located in the mall so it's very warmly. Fair prices. I can't wait to go back.response / report this review -

Never had a bad experience. They are very good at what they do and are always very friendly plus the selection for acrylic nails are amazing. You can even have glitter tips that come in all these beautiful colors. Best nail place!! Thanks you

I've been to tons of nail salons in the area and this is my favorite! The staff here were professional and friendly. There was no wait. I was served very quickly and thoughtful. My technician is really a master in the field of nails. She made gel nails for me very beautiful. It looks amazing! This place is very warm and clean (located in the mall). Competitive price!!! I'll definitely be back soon!

I was out in Greenwood after work and was meeting friends after so I wanted to get my nails done in the mall. While the service was quick, it came at a cost. The technician filed my nails so much I actually jerked my hand away involuntarily from pain. Within a week my acrylics were chipping on the side, which normally doesn't happen. I now have multiple nails with chips and complete breaks on the edges. Which ruined two expenaive shirts frolm snagging them. The prices are affordable, but I see why now. I have to get my nails re done after not even 2 weeks.
Also a lot of these 5 star reviews are fakeunless people are literally going from Texas to Ohio to Indiana, etc. I'm assuming it's some site you can pay for reviews.

I felt so wonderful to have finally discovered Luxury Nails spa. That's really flawless!
The staff greeted me right away when I walked in. The technician gave a new style for my mani. They did an energetic and professional job. A good value for the service.

Luxury Nails spa in Greenwood is amazing. Maybe this place will the first time and forever in my life.
The service is also very professional and they take the time to tend to your requests. I come here for my pedicures all of the time. They never disappoints me with their pedicures and does all the above to make sure my pedicure is comfortable and well done. I also get my fills here done, they’re experts. Very wonderful, very happilly!
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional salon including well-priced services.

I was the first customer at Luxury Nails and felt pampered because they did my nails and my son so fabulous.
I was impressed to find a salon that actually used their appointment book and stuck to it; too often I've made appointments at nail salons just to have to wait forever to get anything done. I'm glad I did! It's very quiet, clean, relaxing and very amusing. I got a french pedicure and it came out perfectly and the whole process took exactly an hour. The technicians are very nice and do a great job. The biggest compliment. There isn't dirt or dust on anything. Every time a new client is serviced I see the technicians opening sanitized tools from the autoclave. That is huge!! So wonderful!
All in all, make an appointment and definitely head into Luxury Nails. I highly recommend it and loved the way my mails turned out!response / report this review -

This place is fantastic! The place is bright and airy, without the smell of chemicals bombarding you when you walk in. I came in with a couple friends for a pedicure. It turned out to be the best pedicure I've ever had. They add rose petals to the water, and the massage chairs are super comfortable. They have a huge range of shellac and gel polish, that are neatly organized by color and brand. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and really take the time to scrub your feet. My feet have never been this smooth! One of the guys even ran out to check on my friends car. On top of the great service, the prices are very reasonable.

I love this salon. I always come out with beautiful nails and a peaceful soul. This salon is so great. Every person who works there is very nice. They talk to you while they work, and not to their co-workers. I feel very welcome and appreciated. I look forward to going back

If I could I'd give this place zero stars i would. Worst experience at a nail salon I've ever had. Super rude and very pushy. I got my acrylics filled in and the guy who did them was very rough with my nails and made me bleed multiple times. He sloppily painted them and didn't shape or fill them in correctly. Before he was even finished with my nails he made me pay before he continued. I don't suggest this place what so ever. Don't go here.

Love love loved my acrylics I got done here. The guy at table eleven served me and was very nice and did an amazing job! There is a MAJOR language gap though. He spoke very little English. They were nice enough it didn't bother me. Definitely my new favorite salon.
