  A preface to this review: this was my first ever waxing experience.
  
  I went for my first ever waxing exactly one week ago. The experience was great- Erica was very friendly and professional. The facility is super clean and nice.
  
  But, the areas I got waxed (full leg and armpits) didn't feel smooth afterward, as I expected. There were quite a few hairs left, so I went home and plucked them. Then I went on vacation and didn't think I'd need a razor. Unfortunately, I needed to buy one because of how much hair grew in a week.
  
  Perhaps I didn't grow the hair out long enough before the waxing. (If this was the case, I would have thought Erica would have mentioned it.) Maybe this is just how waxing is. (If so, I have no idea why people pay for it.) Either way, it definitely wasn't worth the $$$.

  Lisa was so helpful and kind when I tried to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment. She really worked hard to make sure that the salon worked around my schedule. Everyone is so nice and I have never heard a bad thing about this salon and any of their services.

  This is the place to go for lashes and waxing! All of the woman who work here are so sweet and make you feel so welcomed! Lisa is always so accommodating and helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments. My lashes always look amazing!

  Vika does lash extensions for me and she is absolutely amazing. Always very professional, very gentle and makes you feel very comfortable. I have several other services I look forward to getting at Bare Wax and Spa. Thanks for the awesome service ladies !!!!

  From a male's perspective sometimes visiting a spa can be intimidating. This was not the case here. From the moment I walked in I was treated well. I got my chest & back waxed with Paula. The experience was painless & pleasant. I will for sure return. I also appreciate this is a hometown mom & pop business that has grown versus a mega corporate chain.
