  Love the new decor and that there is more space with this new location! Got my nails done by Shae, she does a fantastic job and is always super sweet and I recommend her to everyone.
  I recommend making an appointment as they can typically get you in pretty quick (I've been able to get in within a day or two of me calling).

  Patti is AMAZING. She is the massage therapist at TEN and is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and professional. She listens very intently to your concerns; mine is a new nerve issue I have going on where my upper right side body always feels like it's falling asleep, a pins and needles feeling. Having had nerve issues in the past herself, she knew exactly what to do and even at moments when she found the right trigger point, completely relieved my pain!!!!!! If you are in any kind of physical pain or just want a quality massage to treat yourself, I HIGHLY recommend Patti!!!!!!

  Chrissy was amazing!!! An acrylic set on my rough hands is no easy task and she made them look perfect. I'm obsessed with my nails and can't to start seeing Chrissy regularly for fills. :)

  I really wanted to love this salon. The decor is beautiful and the staff was very nice. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30, I showed up at 4:10 preparing to wait a little, but they were able to start me right away. My appointment was to have gel polish done, I did have gel on my nails already so it needed soaked off. The tech was new so I assumed it would take a little longer than normal, and she told me she was working on getting her time down. At 5:30 my nails were being painted and another appointment for a pedicure showed up. She was bouncing back and forth, becoming a little flustered. She lost track on what steps she was on and messed up one of my nails. She filed my nails into a natural round shape, midway through said, "I hope this is okay." Although I prefer a squared shape. I had asked for chrome on all 10 nails and she said she thought it should only be applied to a few. One of the few I had chrome applied to was barely visible, and she told me I could come back the next day to have it touched up. The chrome has completely come off of that nail, it's been 4 days. - being that I had been there so long during my appointment I didn't have any additional time to spend there the next day. I had polish on my finger I had to pick off. I ended up leaving the shop at 6:45 that night. I understand new staff has to learn one way or another, and overall she was very sweet and nice to talk to, but I believe if I'm going to be in a salon for a 2 and a half hours for gel polish, there shouldn't be many issues and I shouldn't need to come back the next day.

  I cannot express how much I love this place! I had always been the person that would just go to random nail salons, as I had never found one that I liked enough to return to time and time again, up until I started coming to T.E.N. About a year ago, I wandered in this nail salon looking for a quick fill. I knew that they mainly worked by appointment, but accepted walk ins as well. Barbie, who by the way is AMAZING, had an open slot in her day and was able to help me out. Ever since that day I haven't been anywhere else but to T.E.N. She finds a time that fits my schedule and hers, and will even schedule out our next nail appointment. Once you start going to T.E.N. you will never look elsewhere again!

  Love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I have seen them take walk-Ins but I would recommend scheduling an appointment because they all do such a great job their schedules fill up quickly. Cris has been doing my nails for a while now and she always does such a great job!! Very clean facility and pleasant people-I would highly recommend!

  I really can't rate the actual service but I can rate their customer service. When I walked in on a Saturday morning, no one would acknowledge me. I stood at the counter for nearly 15 mins and I was looked at, but that was it. Women came in after me and were acknowledged upon walking in. Finally after 30 MINS of waiting, an employee asked me what I was there for and then I was turned away saying that they couldn't do my nails even though it said "walk ins welcome" on the door. They didn't ask if I wanted to make an appointment either. I was embarrassed. Will not be coming back.

  Love this salon! They truly do a wonderful job whether it's your nails or hair. I do both and wouldn't go anywhere else. :-)
