They have always been Very clean and respectful of my wishes. They understand my exact wishes. I am very specific with how I like my nails done - I like them thin and I like the squoval - NOT Square - NOT Oval but Squoval. They GET THAT! Excellent customer service.

Lost a repeat customer today. Not only did they raise prices, the polishes were not organized properly. I selected a color from the regular, non-gel section. When I checked out, I got charged $5 more, on top of the new raised price, for getting one with a silver cap. When I showed the lady where I got the polish from, she told me that it was in the wrong place and then proceeded to charge me extra anyway. I took the time to organize their polishes before I left so it wouldn't happen to someone else. Will not be returning.

I love Nail World and Spa! Johnny and Selena take such great care of their customers. As a regular, they work to find me times that fit with my crazy schedule. Johnny does a great job with my nails and Selena take great care of my eyebrows! I am so fortunate that I found this nail salon when I moved to Bloomington!

Price online said $35 for a full set and got charged $60. Already had a few complements on them. Very nice place but the man I got didn't speak a lick of English

Very relaxing experience. Arrived a half an hour early for my appointment and then got me in and out within a half an hour. Quick and quality service. $28.00 for a pedicure worth the price. I will definitely go back again.

I've tried several nail salons in the area since I've been at IU. This salon definitely has the best staff and services. The quality of the gel polish they use is great too, which is so important to me. Save yourself time and go here before trying anywhere else in Bloomington.

Johnny and Selena do the best job in Bloomington! The staff is very personable and they create a bond with their clients. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

The only nail salon that I love and have been too. The other salons aren't the best. This one is way by far the best in Bloomington! They're really nice people too!
