I had a very nice room except I could hear through the wall. Also not impressed with the
bathroom, just a tub you had to climb into. Walk-in shower would have really gave me my money's worth!

Hotel just been remodel or repaired. Looks nice and don't have funny smell. Wish the pool was bigger and wish they had a workout room.

The staff was not helpful at all. The man at the front desk gave us a very hard time. They booked our room wrong and gave us a single bed instead of a double. They were very reluctant to bring in a rollout bed. It was our first time to South Bend. And that was the only bad experience. I strongly recommend booking another Holiday Inn that is five minutes away. Don't waste your money here.

Horrible! The place is full of bugs and the management is rude. We were there for a hockey tournament with a team full of 10 year olds. The manager told us to "F..k off" when we complained about the bugs. What kind of a manger tells that to the customers? And especially in front of our kids? Then she called the cops to remove us from the property because she was tired of us. I've never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life.

Came here for a night away. Chose the jacuzzi room. Jacuzzi was clean, roomy and hot! Room was clean and comfortable. The price was competitive and the service great. I don't get to get away very often and this was so worth it. Super close to mall and restutants. The front desk gentleman I believe Nick was his name was super nice and very hospitable. Thanks for a great stay, will come again.

My sons team stayed here this weekend for a hockey tournament. Room reservations were not correct. Stink bugs found in room. Kids falsely accused of destroying a room divider. They tried to charge the teams up to $3000 for repair that a contractor said would cost $20 to fix. Staff unprofessional and rude. Hotel manager avoided our team manager and would/did not talk to resolve problems. Saw staff change garbage and then touch breakfast bar items without washing hands. Pool very cloudy..too much chlorine! Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.
