This place was dirty. My room smelled like a bar and bad ass. The shower had a hole in the wall and there was a hole above the door. Trash all over the outside. Nice place if you are a crack head.

Honestly if there was a choice to put no stars then that's what i would choose. The was absolutely the most disgusting, raunchiest, filthiest, and worse hotel room i have ever been in my whole life.

Staff was great, very nice and help full. Rooms were clean but could use some new furniture and some up grades. Location was good, easy to see and get to from the freeway. Rates were affordable and they offer early check in and let you pay in cash without holding a deposit on a credit/debit card which was nice! All in all my stay here was pleasent and I would stay again in the future.

The room was very clean .. all the bed sheets and blankets were clean and stain free. The room smelled clean which is a huge plus! The a.c. worked great! They saw we had kids and put us in front of the pool. Front desk staff was friendly! There are only a few things I didn't like. The guy said they offer little fridges only if you pay for a full week. Well we have been here about 5 days but have to pay by the night and we didn't qualify for a fridge. Also their free breakfast is not bad. But It doesn't give very much to choose from. 4 cereals and toast with jelly. Don't get me wrong I'll eat cereal all day long. But what about muffins or biscuits or fruit or something by to shake it upalso while we are still here they found 3 dead bodies in a room on the other side of the walland I would offer comped nights or something for loyal patrons.. over all i would defiantly stay here again.

Dirty nasty place! When arriving at night main reception area is locked and you register thru a window with a surly clerk! Appeared to be unsafe area?

I've stayed at this one a couple of other times but this is the first time I've gotten a kind size bed. This room its defiantly nicer then the other ones. There is so so much storage space. If I knew that I'd keep getting this room id stay more often.

I was on the web looking for a room for an upcoming stay in early June. Sometimes the information on the web can be misleading so I called to the front desk to speak to someone who could answer my questions.
What a mistake that was. The first woman I spoke to had no answers to my questions. Then another voice came on the line and I had to figure out who i was thwn talking to.
Overall the phone conversation went horribly wrong. There was no consideration for customer service and "Patricia" who is not a manager was gonna " tell you how it works around here".
As a result of Patricia's nasty disposition, disrespectful attitude, ugly tone of voice and lack of customer service skills I ended up booking a hotel some where else.
It's sad because the name Howard Johnson haa been around for years and is thought of aa a familiar household name.
In years past the Howard Johnson was considered to be prestigious and luxurious hotel. It was clear to me that the staff members I spoke to did not do the name any justice.
Going forward I would definitely not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or associates.response / report this review -

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Reservation is the nice. Room was dirty spots on floor ac or fan didn't work. I didn't even dark get in shower I left main blankets off bed had my own and left it their. I rushed to get out didn't even finish hair or do makeup.I can't beleven it 8s 0art 9f Wyndham. They should be ashamed. Worse place . Repair patches on Wall. Toilet looked dirty it was nasty. Sleep in your car.

The Howard Johnson is amazing. Love the rates and the rooms. But most of all the employees are amazing and so nice. They helped my family when we had nowhere to go. I am forever indebted to them.

Worst stay I've ever experienced. I travel regularly working trade shows and have never encountered a room as grimy and questionable as mine was. Broken furniture, filthy moldy tub, sheets that hadn't been changed from the previous occupant, and not even a phone in the room! There were sticky mug rings on the table, and chunky barrette clips under the sheets of the bed. Shady looking business going on in the parking lot, and and a gross looking breakfast area. To call this a flop house would be giving it a compliment! Only positive to the stay was the lady working front desk by herselfshe was polite and wonderful. Otherwise stay away from this place!
