Knowledgeable staff guide novice and more seasoned golfers through the equipment buying process, including hitting clubs in-store. Ryan is patient, understanding, and didn't steer us into a particular brand. Some items are less expensive elsewhere, and there's a larger selection online, but Vans has a great return policy and terrific employees.

Always love vans bummed that they closed the metro location but did like this one as much..its far but I like how calm it is in there..was able to test out 3 or 4 of the newest drivers..in less than 10 15 mins..

Great golf store, video equipment that displays your swing and it's accuracy. Professional employee worked with my husband gauging his seeing with various clubs, in the end he told my husband to stick with the clubs that he already owns. Great to not have the pressure to buy new clubs.

This place is super; especially the club repair part. I've had grips replaced, shafts shortened, lie angle adjustments, they know what they're doing FORE!

Purchased a golf club in Nov.Had to return it could not hit it.Exchaned it for another-same problem.Retured the club today well within the 90 day exchange policy.A sales person named Mike could not have been nicer and since I was not sure about another club he gave me a refund in a gift card.Great store and exchange policy.Thanks Van's .

First time 3 sales associates were standing around talking so I. Tried to find the item myself. Then they seemed to disappear. 2nd time I went there I saw 2 people but wasnt sure they worked there. Stood at check out for over 6 minutes. Doesn't sound long but try it. Walked out kinda mad Again ! Must get paid by the hour and about $11 an hour or less.
