Awesome, polite, and quick service

I replaced my oil at this center . After 2 weeks a metal plate from the bottom of my car fell off . Had to repair it myself . Honda service said it was because of non properly screwing bolts during the oil change .
Discussed the case with the manager at valvoline and he does not take responsibility or will not compensate for their mistake .
Very unprofessional . Do not take your car there . I have a new car and the basically damaged it ,and made me lose a day of work to go and fix it .response / report this review -

The person who greeted us was very helpful in explaining information about the kind of oil the truck we were using needed and gave us several helpful hints we didn't know about. We were in and out quickly.

The young men are very helpful, as I have a older car. If they check it out and can"t be fix by them They will give me some shops to try. I have some issues with heat and they check it out for meTrust this group completely
