Worst ongoing dealership experience my wife and I have ever had! Annoyed, frustrated, disappointed and a few explicatives do not even begin to describe the experiences we have had since we bought a vehicle from this dealership. And in my heart, when we were sitting at the dealership I knew that we should have gotten up and walked away. But we didn't. And we are still feeling the pain.

When we were buying the vehicle, at one point we were told "be back in 10 minutes", 45 minutes I had to get up and get Beto from finance guys office to see what was going on. At no point during that did we have anyone come up and give us updates.

The dealership "stuffed the trade" on the vehicle that we were buying. Going through the list of options is was supposed to have, it had none of them. And Beto assured me it had them. I still can't find the leather wrapped shift knob this thing is supposed to have.

The dealership had tint put in the vehicle for us. We had to send it back because the tint had dust and lint under the film. And when it came back the second time it had a gouge out of the bumper and razor cuts in one of the windows that were not there before. And of course no one knows how those got there, and we got "are you sure they weren't there before" (My wife detailed the vehicle herself prior to it being picked up, inside and out). And the vehicle came back with about 40 miles more than when it was picked up by Beto. A few weeks later, my wife was cleaning the vehicle again and she found a kids coloring in a small plastic frame under the back seat, and trash in the door. Those definitely were not there before. I cannot prove that someone at the dealership was using our vehicle for personal use, but the added mileage and other kids things sure do point to that.

The latest incident was the straw that broke the camels back. My wife made and appointment at 9 to have the oil changed. She also asked that they look at the drivers side rear door for a loose panel that was whistling at highway speeds. She had to be back on the road at 11 sharp. At about 1050, she returned to get the vehicle and nothing was done at all to the vehicle. They did the exact opposite of what she asked, they took apart the door (not look at it) and did not do the oil change. What is the point of having an appointment if you do nothing.

If it wasn't for the maintenance that came with the vehicle when I bought it, I would never go back to Fisher. And I am on the verge of taking the vehicle elsewhere to get it serviced and pay for it out of my own pocket. Because I simply do not trust that the dealership will take care of my vehicle once it is dropped off.

I have more but this forum will not let me add all of the issues "to many characters"

2012 Jeep Wrangler modern warfare 3

I went in with a ticking engine (rocker arm) noise that they had fixed 7 months ago in el centro Rogers and Rogers Jeep. In el centro they wouldn’t warranty their work. I left el centro and I talked to Scott in service in Yuma . At this point I was frustrated out of my mind. I had missed work and drove to el centro for nothing. When I walked in he assured me he would take care of me. Scott offered me a ride home and was very curteous. He called me back to let me know the head was bad and he took care of everything. I was not stressing out at all. The whole time he would update me periodically on my Jeep. Scott would either call me or text me updating me on what was going on. I recommend going to fisher and talking to Scott. He is a no nonsense type of guy. Thank you so much for being professional and outstanding at what you do. You have no idea how much it helps to have someone do their job like they are supposed to. I wasn’t stressed out at all and I felt comfortable with you Scott. Thank you so much for what you did!!!

I took my Jeep in for a traction control light on. After a $100+ diagnostic, they said it was a bad clock spring in the steering wheel. That was going to cost another $500+. After searching on YouTube, I found that I just had to make a slight adjustment on one of the steering bars in the very front. It took me less than 10 minutes and no parts to fix the $600+ job. I was very upset and demanded my money back, even the diagnostic, which they did finally give back. Don't trust these people. Get a second opinion.

Bought a Renegade yesterday. Dario Reyna was our salesman. He was energetic, enthusiastic and found what we wanted and was so helpful. Love the car. When it is time for a trade we will return to Fisher and look for Dario, the best by far. Also a great sense of humor, Joyce and Dean Voage

This dealership doesn't even deserve a single star. Bought a truck over a year ago and cringe anytime service needs to be done on it. We have yet to encounter a single pleasant person here. Go to Phoenix or San Diego! It's not worth the hassle

I was highly skeptical about coming to this place but they were absolutely awesome !!!! I went to trade in my 2016 Nissan Versa very basic car not worth much so I thought I'd be negative by a lot. But Jesus and Raul were AMAZING they gave me exactly what I was looking for and even got the payment to be lower than what I was hoping for with a low interest rate! I did not stay negative and I left a happy camper ! But honestly I highly recommend both Jesus and Raul they are the best salesman I've ever encountered they don't push you and they make you their number one priority I will definitely be coming back here! THANK YOU JESUS AND RAUL !!!!

I went in prepared to buy a new Dodge Durango. This would have been the fourth new car I purchased, so I know the 'game'. (A friendly, down-to-earth salesman builds rapport with you and tells you he will get you the best deal. The salesman has you fill out the forms and comes back with a terrible deal. Most people just accept the deal and the salesman pockets the profits. Those that don't accept the first terrible deal usually accept the second, bad deal. Only a fraction hold out for a semi-fair deal) Friendly and down-to-earth Jesus was my salesman. I told him I wasn't going to play the game, and he assured me he wasn't like all the others Their website says they will price match out of town dealers, so I show him a list of six identical vehicles with the same MSRP and options (Phoenix area). All were $3,000-$4,000 below Fisher's price. Jesus again assured me they will price match, no problem! I have good credit (696) and had two prequal letters with me. So after filling out all the forms, and Jesus telling me again that he will not play games, I finally get my offer. He knocked a measly $500 off the inflated price (in addition to the $1,000 discount on the website). On top of that he offered me a horrendous finance deal, which I later calculated was around double the current going rate for new vehicles. I was pissed to say the least. I got up to leave and asked to have my keys back (for my trade in car). I had to go through him, his manager and another manager dude to finally get my keys back five minutes later. All the while they are asking "What's wrong?", "What can we do to get your business?", "What if I knock $2,000 off the price?". I own a business and have nothing against people making a fair profit, but I told them right up front I wasn't going to play their stupid, greedy games. Looks like I'm going to Phoenix or San Diego to get my Durango. Just like last time. (Alexander Ford is equally rotten btw)

We took our truck here for the fuel filters to be changed on December 13, 2016. . We were told it wouldn't be long.. but we ended up waiting for more than two hours. THEN it took the mechanic about 25 minutes to drive our truck from the back work area to the front pick up area. I am guessing the guy took it for a spin.. The seat had been adjusted, both the radio station and the A/C settings had been changed.. I contacted the business but never even got a reply much less an explanation. Would never deal with these people again. Nor would I recommend them. Poor customer service, and a big disappointment in how this place is run..

Exceptional service - professional, prompt, courteous and informative. Appointments can be scheduled on-line - a plus, and easy. Staff explains everything up-front, cost, scheduled maintenance, warranty coverage and identified problems. Many dealerships don't treat customers well after the sale, but Fisher continues to provide excellent service, great value, and deserves a 5-star rating.
