I've had two experiences here with the service department, the first because I didn't know better and the second because I had no choice (recall). Both times I was talked down to, lied to, and seemingly purposefully misled. Not only did the employees seem to not have an ounce of proactive sense, but there was zero communication or respect for my time. The only good thing that came out of it was that the oil change and servicing was comped once my HUSBAND complained.

This is our first brand new car in our lives and for sure we did not go wrong, Thank you Hector Demara salesman at Zamora Kia get service and answered all our questions. Very friendly and easy to talk to. also Tony in finance thank you Got ourselves a 2017 kia Soul!!!

I have had the pleasure of having my KIA'S serviced at Zamora for the past 4 years+ My first was a 2011 Sorento which more then proved itself to be trouble free and a great road car. Even though I had not purchased it from Zamora the service was great. Since then I have retired and traded for a KIA Soul. It great buying from Zamora, No hassle like you get from the big box stores in the Phoenix AZ area. Shortly after I took delivery we made a trip across country from Yuma AZ to New Jersey (about 6500 miles round trip and we were very pleased with the flawless way the Soul, rode and handled. The service from Zamora is the best! Some of you other dealers should take a page from their operation here in Yuma.

My wife and I are from El Centro California. We recently purchased a gorgeous 2017 SX V6 KIA Sorento! Gary the sales manager, Rob Ybarra and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and ready to assist. They worked with us when no other dealer in Southern California would. We had a very little options when it came to trading in our vehicle and paying off the remaining balance. Zamora KIA did not blink and welcomed us with open arms. We not only got the car we wanted; 0% financing; zero payments for 6 months; paid off our vehicle!! Are you serious? We are forever grateful for Zamora KIA for making our dream come true. I recommend Zamora KIA to whomever is looking to buy a new KIA. Look no further!

My experience at the Zamora Kia in Yuma AZ was great. The attention to detail and customer service is definitely out pacing the competition. Every employee I had interaction with was attentive and professional. This is what keeps me coming back.

Our experience with Zamora Kia has been excellent in all ways.
Everyone in the sales department is very informed and courteous when
answering questions about our new Kia Optima.
Our salesman, Javier, helped us set up our gps and did a quick run through
of all systems on the dashboard.
The service department has been excellent also. No problem getting in for an oil change
and service manager is very knowledgeable too.
Our interaction with all departments has been very satisfactory. I'd recommend Zamora Kia
to anyone asking about this company.
