Ask for Barry! OMG!! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would drive 100s of miles just to deal with him.

The facility is quite large (26 acres I think). There were over 400 RVs, travel trailer, 5th wheels, and back of the truck campers. It was simply amazing.

Judging by the number of bays, 13, I don't believe you would have to wait very long to have any maintenance performed.

It is so sad that dealers try to take the advantage of people. They high ball their rv' s and low ball your r v. What this place has got to remember is i worked hard for my rv, so it is up to them to make a good deal for me. I was looking at a Holiday Ramler, 2001, they are wanting me to be dumb enough to let them have a 2004 minniewinnie in excellent condition and about $ 25,000 difference. Get real Dealer. I might be some dumb, but i' m not plumb dumb.

We purchased a Thor Palaxzo from RV World in May 2017. We heard many horror stories about Thor and customer service. Quality etc. From day one EVERYONE at RV World has been top notch to deal with on all issues. Prompt good repairs both warranty and others we requested. Our sales people, Andy Green and Terry were great and Dallas the service writer was great. We have had service at several places in Yuma and never felt comfortable with the work. We highly recommend RV World for both purchase, service and repairs.

We have researched many options in all classes of rvs trailers and fifth wheels over the past couple of years. We have Also been to several lots in various states so this day was no different when we were in town visiting.
First i must say it was probably one of our best experiences and mainly due to our sales person Jesse. He is honest knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
This dealership has a good inventory of many types and several brands of rvs, trailers, pop ups, 5 th wheels, etc.
While we were not yet ready to buy today, this dealership will be on the top of our list when that time comes.

Purchased our first travel trailer from them. Our salesman was awesome, and asked the questions we hadn't been asked before. He knew exactly what we needed. Scheduled a satellite to be installed over a month appointment. Not going into detail, but we had no idea about satellites, and the guy who we talked with didn't take the time to ask or even share the different satellite options, so we went with what he said he had. Bad mistake. It took them 8 hours to install because the person who normally did that was on vacation, so they had 4 people trying to figure out what to to. Long story short, we left very dissatisfied & with a satellite that we've had to contact Winegard a few times to walk us through operation. They indicated it was installed incorrectly & we should have been given more info from the dealer then what we were given. Wrote a letter to the RV dealer & they tried to make it right by refunding the labor cost, which they did since we were already gone and unable to return the trailer to fix the problem. Had no problem with the sales guy, but their service department was very unprofessional and non-caring.

They took GREAT care of my travel trailer. Work was done CORRECTLY and in the estimated time. Their labor rate seemed high but they used the time efficiently and that kept the cost down. The only bad thing is that they are very busy; so you have to make your appointment well in advance. Will use them for All work in my RV. VERY PLEASED

They have a wide selection of RVs. Both new & used, from class A's to mini trailers. Also do general maintenance plus repairs. Sales people were a good source of information. Once we make a decision on which RV we'll most likely purchase from them.

We stopped at RV World on our way to San Diego when a blown tire broke a drain valve on our trailer. They were so incredibly helpful and had all the parts we needed for a fix. So glad we chose to stop there!

My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Forest River from Mike Wood at RV World. Mike was very personable and treated us like family. He left no stone unturned in assisting us in finding the perfect RV that fit the needs of our family. The purchasing process went without a problem. The extra items we ordered for the unit were installed as promised and the finished coach was detailed and presented to us exactly at the time and day agreed to. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and would recommend Mike and RV World to anyone looking to purchase an recreational vehicle. This is a continuation of our RV World review It has been two weeks since we purchased our RV. The hitch installed with our unit did not prevent trailer sway. The service team spent hours attempting to solve the problem. A different hitch was installed but to no avail. Finally a Hensley Hitch was ordered, installed and tested. It solved all the towing problems. My wife and I cannot thank the entire service staff, at RV World, enough for their outstanding work and customer service. What a great dealership!
