I stayed here for a week as my house was getting rebuilt. I liked it overall because of location and layout of room, but when I moved in it was roaches in the tub and daily there were roaches crawling everywhere. Then when I told the staff. She never told me that the exterminator only comes on certain days and so I spent my whole week dodging roaches and putting my clothes up high so I didn't take roaches home with me. Irked.

My husband had to stay here while working in Macon. The staff was very friendly. The room he stayed in was well kept and had the basics so he could heat up food for his meals. It also has a laundry room, though a bit expensive then the one we used. Overall we had a good experience.

Good place to stay if you are in town for a bit. Got a Wal-Mart down the road and most places are only like 5 min away. Friendly staff too

HOTEL NASTY ROACHES EVERYWHERE DONT WANT TO CLEAN THE ROOM SHEETS DIRTY & GUEST RUDE AND DRINK BEER ALL DAY IN THE OPEN ILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

This is the worst place ever roaches living in the microwave. Crappy WiFi, street pharmacist conducting business right outside your door and the manager and staff don't care.

Reserved room as the price was right and there was some good reviews, but buyer beware. There was no doors on the cupboard and the bed was a mattress on metal sprins, think roll away. Worst was the roaches​, on the wall and in the tub. Needless to say, we left. Front desk clerk was nice and refunded our money. Will say the front desk person was very nice

I love the staff and the rooms are ok. You have to pay 10 a week for WiFi that doesn't work well and is super slow. You also have to pay 10 per week to have your bedsheets and towels changed every two weeks. So basically you pay 20 to have sheets and towels changed. Isn't this normally included in hotel room fees? And isn't decent WiFi free to guests most places? If it wasn't for the wonderful staff, I would have moved a long time ago.

Location and Staff are really great, they were nice and friendly. Rooms are okay could be cleaner and nicer. Beds are uncomfortable and noisy because it's a spring bed, there are roaches and it looks like they could be treating that. There was a full kitchen in the room but the cabinets had no doors on them. Cable is Directv and the remote only does volume and changing channels. You have to ask for housekeeping and it may be an additional charge (you will definitely want to ask about that). Overall it wasn't too bad, but for me the next trip I take to Macon Ga. I definitely will splurge a bit more for my stay somewhere else and for my comfortability.

Value Place is a clean and safe place to stay. It is convenient because of the kitchenette full refrigerator, microwave , stove top , and cabinets. There are wheelchair accessible rooms and an elevator. The staff are great . overall the ValuePlace is a great place to stay.
