The staff was extremely helpful with us ariving so late. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was hot and ready when we got there. Very satisfying experience.

Sure, it’s just another hotel chain, but the friendly staff here made this stay special. From giving my son freshly-baked cookies, to making special accommodations for my wife with a broken foot, the staff went the extra mile, and was friendly & smiling the whole time.
We travel from NC to FLA a couple of times a year, and this will definitely be my go-to stay for breaking up the trip from now on.

Stayed here last night and feel cheated. While driving south, called to inquire about availability and rates. Hotel employee, Tom, indicated that only rooms left were suites @$142 plus tax. Thanked him and made some other calls to different hotels to find a better option. Didn’t find much so tried multiple times to reach Hampton and take the suite. Couldn’t get through so called 800 number and booked. At check in Tom said we had the corner suite. There is no suite. It is a handicapped studio room and was inconvenient for people who aren’t handicapped. At check out tried to address issue and negotiate discount but told nothing could be done. Manager would call me later and she did. She refused to take responsibility because we booked through 800 number and paid through them. So, whose hotel did we stay at ? Staff didn’t want to own their issue and we got the shaft. Be careful about this place.

Room was ok. Had a little funky smell. One of the main things I did not like was the bathroom door. It was a big door that slid over the open doorway but there was no way I could find to lock it or secure it so it wouldn't slide open.

Excellent stay! Rhonda checked us in at midnight. So sweet and helpful! The staff are all so polite, courteous and everyone greets you with a smile. Breakfast was awesome. Pool is beautiful. We had a 2QN with sleeper and kitchen suite! Plenty of room for 6 of us. Very well maintained and the cleanliness of this place is over the top!! Deserves 10 stars!

We arrived late with tired kids and adults. The lady at the desk was excellent. She had us checked in and on our way to our rooms in just a few minutes. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. The rooms were really nice and cozy. Built in usb charging ports were a nice touch. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean and quite updated! Very close to the interstate as well as a Walmart and fast food. Room was clean and huge!!! The staff was excellent and had our room ready even though we showed up a bit before checkin. Would definitely stay here again.
