Best hotel price in Marquette. Clean, friendly staff, well ran, very accommodating, basic continental breakfast. I have been staying there on and off for over 10 years now. Located on the by-pass, close to MQT. Good restaurant and great grocery store a crossed the street. All the basic are covered at a very competitive price. Perfect!

We have stayed here several times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No frills or updated rooms but that was fine. We only use the room as a place to sleep, shower and get ready for the next days adventures. The complimentary breakfast is far from being 5* but Jeffrey's next door is amazing and the lower price of the room more than paid for our breakfast there.

Solid value. Maybe not as luxurious as some of its competitors who want two or more times the price, but this place does the trick for people looking to save money. We only wish the breakfast had more fresh options, but I suppose that's part of what affords the low nightly rate.

No frills but nothing lacking either. Had a little difficulty with the tv in our room but when they couldnt fix it we were moved for free. No significant complaints, but nothing to rave about either. It was more expensive than I wanted it to be, but still the cheapest rate of the 4 places we looked at by about $10.

Great room for a great price, got a king suite and was much larger than I expected. Style was slightly outdated but that doesn't bother me, bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is very clean! Every employee has been very nice, polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I wouldn't hesitate to tell friends and family to stay here. WaitI already did!

The room was nice, but the woman in dark glasses was very rude and impersonal when I brought my keys up to the counter. I wanted to talk about staying longer but she was not having it, she took my key and walked away. My experience was a 5 star until that. Messed my day up after that.

The TV is a bit small, bed is okay color scheme is kinda bad but it's doable. Breakfast is okay. Good value for your buck

The bed was comfortable. The pillows are great. The room was clean. That was it that was good. The shower squealed. I turned the lamp on and had to unplug it to turn it off. The outlet on the outside wall not only did not work, there was a gap in the wall where cold air came in. The edging on the table was broke off. It is supposed to be a "budget" hotel but I paid the same as other stays in Marquette and the hotel details are not well maintained. I am disputing charges by them through my bank.
