This place is the worst. The owner will flat out lie to your face. My 84 year old mother has been a loyal costumer for years, but she recently bought a $1100 oven with extended warranty and it has never worked right in the 5weeks since they installed it. Several service calls and still nothing but a bad attitude from the owner and no working oven on thanksgiving day. Now he wants to charge her a few to replace it. Totaly pathetic. Happy thanksgiving household appliance, you suck

Went out of their way to get us our new refrigerator quickly. Much appreciated as we were without one. Also great about telling us about a rebate offer. Will go back when we need other appliances.

Everyone that worked with us in the selection of our appliances to installation were professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely purchase items from Household Appliance again.
