We took both dogs in for their annual checkups and shots. We received a very friendly and welcoming greeting. Dr. Dubil is great and both dogs love her. She spends the right amount of time, checks them thoroughly and doesn't send us home until we know our pups are healthy and happy. We enjoy our visits and so do the dogs!
Their professionalism is top level, but it's their exceptional warmth and compassion towards both pets and owners that really makes this place special.
You know the feeling you get when you first meet someone and can tell that you are going to be good friends? Well, that's the feeling I had the first time I met Dr. Britt Dubil.
I recently took my shy/nervous/fearful rescue dog to Pinebrook Animal Hospital for a dental cleaning. I was a mess before I walked in because I was worried about putting him through a stressful situation. (I took him to a groomer and he hid under our kitchen table for a month.)
As I walked into the clinic, I was immediately greeted by the lead technician Lisen. She was very sweet and called my dog by his name, while taking the time to come down to his level and say Hi.
Then I was greeted by Dr. Dubil. She could tell I was a nervous dog Mom and reassured me that my dog would be comfortable and receive gentle personalized care.
She let me put him into a kennel in their treatment area. I noticed he could see everything and everyone while they went about their work. This gave me great comfort knowing that he wouldn't be left alone in some back room.
I received a call when he was put under anesthesia and then another when he was waking up.
When I picked him up, he didn't want to leave and tried to follow Dr. Dubil into her office with his tail wagging furiously behind him. Who was this dog?!
His teeth were beautiful. The dental cleaning fee here is beyond exceptional and includes pre surgical blood work, anesthesia, I.V. fluids, the cleaning and dental x-rays.
I took my 11year old cat in just last week for an emergency. Dr. Dubil provided an excellent work up on her. She is now comfortable and back to herself after following Dr. Dubil's treatment plan.
I highly recommend Dr. Dubil and Lisen to all of my friends with fur kids.
We have been visiting Pinebrook Animal Hospital since we moved to the area in 2012 and have always been more than happy with the service they provide. They are also very kind and caring when it comes to the care of our pets. They take the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. We feel more then comfortable taking our beloved pets to them for their needs. The doctors and staff are amazing!
They helped us when it was time for our 15 year old Dalmatian to be euthanized. They have seen our senior cat through a few health scares and all his routine and preventative health care. And they are now helping us care for our puppy. We have never had an issue being seen for both routine care and emergency care. They go over and above for us and our animals and we are very much appreciative to them for always being there for us.
Thank you to all the staff at Pinebrook Animal Hospital!
Very friendly and high level of expertise! They know both us and our dog by name. Everyone treats us with tender loving care. We will never go anywhere else!
We have always had great experiences with Dr. Britt and her team. Our dog is happy, healthy and will return to stay that way :)
Dr. Dubil always showed exceptional care for our dog and demonstrated an innate ability to describe medical details with clarity. She was very accessible to answer our questions and provided helpful guidance as we navigated end-of-life timing decisions for our sick dog. The first thing she did when she came to our home to put our dog to sleep was to give me a big hug in condolence. As sad as were were to say our final goodbyes to our beloved dog, to is hard to imagine a more peaceful farewell.
we couldn't have had a better experience the day they opened literally at their open house i approached Dr. Dubil and informed her that we had a very ill cat who needed to be put to sleep.. she offered to have us bring her in at the end of the party and she handled everything perfectly. since that time she has treated 5 of our other cats ( 2 more passed) and all 4 of our dogs.
The clinic and all its staff are wonderful warm caring people and emergency or otherwise they are always available.
The space itself is beautiful- calm, warm colors and a wonderful non-clinical feel to it. When I walked in worried about my dog, I was pleasantly surprised at the ambiance. The woman who checked me in was so kind to me and my poor injured dog, it was great for a first time visit. After the initial check in stuff was over they took my dog back and had to do a little procedure on him. They kept me informed about everything that was happening and answered all of my questions and even offered me some coffee! When it was all over they were super nice to me and the pup, even offering to walk us to the car.
I came back a week later with my dog to follow up and they remembered me and him, greeting us by name. That is such a nice touch and I appreciated it. My dog wasn't even worried about walking back in, even though most dogs refuse to go back to the vet once they know what awaits them. I guess the nice people and relaxing environment worked well on him too!
