Park Regency was fabulous! The room was clean and newly updated, it had enough utensils/pots for simple cooking, the shuttle service (James, Tim, and Luis) was a great perk, takes you to/from the mountain each day and will run you to store or restaurant locally, and the guys were super nice and helpful! The front desk (Tanya and Isaac) were extremely polite (the entire front desk was polite, just didn't learn their names), and the lobby was always clean. We enjoyed the hot tub apre ski, the robes in the room and poolside towels were a nice touch. We liked Wasach Brewery and Squatters Roadhouse Grill. We enjoyed our stay and will return to Park Regency on our next visit!

Enjoyed our stay. We were a little concerned by some of the negative reviews, but our unit exceeded expectations. Shuttle to Park City Resort and Deer Valley and main street was very convenient, we could have easily done without the rental car. We will stay here again.

Small living room area with small, full kitchen equipment including oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Decent, Standard Hotel type bathroom and small bedroom with very comfortable bed.
Pool is very small, nothing you can do any lapse in. Nice enough whirlpool. Exercise area is a small room with one multi-purpose weight training machine, several small free weights, and 3 exercise machines including bike and treadmill.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
There is no breakfast. There is coffee and tea service during the daytime, self-serve.

We came here for a ski trip. It's a lovely resort. My family has some sort of timeshare thing so we came here with them. We were able to park in the underground parking garage, which was nice because it protected our car from the winter elements. Most of the staff was friendly. The unit we stayed in was very nice and came with a full kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and sink, along with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The staff were able to provide most kitchenware that our unit was initially lacking. The best part about this location is the proximity to lots of attractions, including the ski resort. They have a shuttle that can be used to travel throughout town, and is available on call during certain hours. Unfortunately the wifi was not functioning properly during our stay so we had to manage without. Overall though I've really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come again over the years.

Cute place to stay. Our room had a master suite, robes, and bunk beds. Kitchenette is small but functional. There were a lot of eateries within a short walk, which was great. Only reason for 4 stars is that despite being in ski country, you have to walk outside to get to the pool and hot tub. Don't park underground either as the speed bump to keep you from hitting the garage door is so large, you'll bottom out your vehicle.

We went here just for the pool and it was closed! I walked in my room to a spider falling from the ceiling. Great location.

The rooms are comfortable and attractive enough. It's nice to have a kitchen, even if it is tiny. It's an unattractive building, but I didn't really care about that. Some of the staff (Isaac especially) are very helpful and friendly, and some seem like they can barely be bothered by the intrusion of paying guests, so that inconsistency is a problem. Parking is easy and the location is pretty convenient to get anywhere by car. It is also nice to have a fireplace.

I normally LOVE staying at Park Regency. Last weekend the hot tub was closed and the water was 71 degrees in the pool (which is way too cold for swimming when it is so cool outside). The ladies at the front desk acted as if it was no big deal and that we should be grateful that we weren't there a couple of weeks ago when the pool was only 61 degrees. They had activities posted that we tried to sign up for but then they claimed we had our days mixed up-my husband showed them a picture of the flier. They decided that they must have forgotten to update the flier. It really was just a disappointing weekend overall.

We had a great time. Big master suite. Two bathrooms and a Kitchenette. Centrally located with easy access to trails for bike rides. The pool was being repaired, but the hooked us up with free passes to a rec center with a pool. A bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

Close to restaurants, down town park city and ski slopes. Rooms are nicely remodeled and cozy. Kitchen is a little small but it didn't bother me. The pull out bed in the couch was very uncomfortable, unfortunately. Nice staff, and the hot tub and pool is nice as well. No major complaints from me!

Good location. Located near lots of attractions in Park City. The rooms are nice, but could be cleaned and updated a little more. There is a pool and hot tub the we have utilized. We also used the BBQ grill to have a picnic.

The service is excellent, the staff are so excited and happy to help. The place is a little old, but it isn't really a problem. As for location, it's right between the new shopping district and park city main street. You could go to a nice dinner in park city, or grab a quick breakfast at any of the newer restaurants near the freeway.

Really nice rooms and a good pool/ hot tub. The grills worked nicely and the staff was delightful. Only complaint is the elevattor had to be reset while we were there but other than that it was a great place.

At first check in the staff seemed some what friendly but that was the only time they were. When we got to the room our burners on the stove were all sitting up and crooked. The stove top itself was loose and I was afraid it was going to fall off. When we called maintenance the first guy seemed irritated that we bothered him. Then walking into the bathroom my 3 year old stepped on a screw/nail that was holding the threshold down and it hurt her foot because no one actually hammered it down. So then our air stops working making the temperature 81 to 84 degrees at night and 86 during the day. We called the front desk they sent a different maintenance guy that tells us the manager controls the temp from the computer and he will have it fixed by 8am the next day. Shocking it was not fixed. We called 3 times and they said it was fixed and that they could feel cold air but wouldn't acknowledge that the temp on the thermostat was still in the 80's. Never once did they offer to move us to a room that had a working air conditioner. The lobby is supposed to be open until 11pm but 3 times I went to ask a question or complain and no one was found. We asked the staff for recommendations for things to do and no one knew. Said they didn't live around there. Never been to a resort where no one knew anything about the area. The final straw was in the pool. There was a family with 3 teenagers that were throwing a real football at each other as hard as they could. Mind you there were other families with smaller children on there and they did not care. Were jumping off the side of the pool almost hitting other families. The front desk who has cameras that they can see never came in. When I told them how crappy it was that families had to leave because of this family the guy says oh is that happening? Then says I guess I should go talk to them. This is our only family vacation and it was ruined by the park regency resort and their staff. Never again will I stay at this place. Horrible customer service.

A little older hotel, but nice updated bathroom and decent kitchen. Good location - walking distance to multiple restaurants and an art gallery. Also a short drive to Main St.

Great facility. I love the lobby layout as it is very welcoming and open. The rooms have a great layout with lots of room and are well lit. The pool is covered and nice and warm with a huge hot tub, Great towels. The rooms are never stocked great but with a phone call you can get almost any kitchen item, within reason.
Love this place, we stay yearly!

The rooms are great, it's a beautiful area, but the staff were in quite a rush to get out of there after the lobby closed. They closed up the gym up about an hour before it was advertised to close but other than that, it's great! I would recommend.

The exterior feels a little dated, but the rooms are comfortable and the staff is awesome. They will handle any questions or problems professionally and promptly. Our family loves going there every summer for a nice getaway.
