Love the Columbia Outlet! Amazing outdoor clothing and shoes/boots at great prices!
Totally love this store for all my outdoor clothing, socks, and boots. The Columbia brand boots are excellent. I buy both winter and summer attire at this store, highly recommend!
Lots of great clothes. Everything is at least a good deal, somethings are amazing deals.
Zero customer care! This place management has absolutely zero concern for customers. I needed an itemized receipt of my purchase. I called them up but the guy hung up on me. I called again and never got picked up. My purchase was over $300 and this is what response I got. Zero stars!
A guy asked me a question about something, and before I could tell him that I didn't work there, this guy who does work there kinda yelled at him for assuming that I did. And then they guy asked his question and the employee treated him like an idiot and was really rude. Other than that it was pretty all right. Haha
This place has the best deals on high quality coats and other gear. I have bought several coats here and have zero complaints!
Make sure you're okay with NO returns for defective items. I purchase sandals on July 4, 2017. Was at the lake on July 24th - and the sandal came apart. I'll stop by the store and exchange them I thought. Nope. The Columbia outlet will not accept any warranty item for exchange or refund. You literally have to mail the warranty item yourself to Columbia in Portland, OR(on your own dime) and hope they either repair or replace your shoes. Seriously - they didn't last 20 days and the outlet wouldn't exchange them. I walked out barefoot. No joke. Columbia isn't a premium outdoor brand like Patagonia or Marmot, but I think it is still reasonable to expect them to stand behind footwear for 20 days. Don't expect similar customer care to what you'd find at other outdoor retailers. Once you're out the door - you're completely on your own.
Great and varied products for a reasonable price. Friendly service. Enjoyed our shopping experience. Thank you.
Great prices, good selection. I was able to find things for all seasons.
We got a great deal on hiking shoes for the kids and it looked like there were other items with decent prices.
However, the store is so overfilled with product that it makes moving around quite difficult. There's little room for a wheelchair or even just to pass another customer. You have to wait for them to move to proceed.
Management should address this. It's a liability.
Haven't ever shopped here, but won't after the way I was treated on the phone.
Let me start by saying they offer great deals at the outlet! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and each got a rain jacket for about $20.00 each on the sale rack December 21. The rain jackets were marked down to $40.00 and an additional 40% off. Being a member of a military family, we were able to use my father's dd214 to receive an additional discount. I am impatient and bought mine before my husband so we made these purchases on two different transactions. Both staff were extremely nice and appreciative of the fact I come from a military family. It was a great experience! We were thrilled with this deal and talked about it all night.
We decided to return on December 22 to snag some more good deals and get Christmas presents for some family members. We each had another jacket, a sweatshirt, and two children's rain jackets. Our total was given to us and I pulled out the dd214 (the exact same one that I used the day before) to receive the military discount. Our associate, Cyndee, told us that was not an acceptable form of ID. She asked another associate, John, who said he had never seen that be accepted before. We asked if they would accept it because it was accepted the day before and were told "no, you must have an id." We didn't bother to argue but did ask why it was accepted previously, but not on this occasion. They could not give us an answer. Unfortunately, we did not leave with our items and the good deals. My husband called and spoke to the manager, Rusty, who said that Cyndee and John were correct and a dd214 is not a proper form of military identification. Let me also throw in the fact this was an original dd214 and falling to pieces; pretty sure people don't pull those out for fun We were very disappointed at the lack of customer service we received this day.
Because there was no real clarification, my husband sent a message to the customer service online- their response was that this is a decision made by the store independently, so there is no right or wrong as to who they actually give this discount to.
Whether they give a discount to military families regularly or not is unclear. What is clear is that they have the ability to do so and chose not to do that the second day we were in the store.
We truly appreciate the staff that accepted our form of id, but will no longer support Columbia based on our latest experience.
Love thier outdoor gear. Normal clothing fits weird on me.
It was an mediocre experience. They have a lot of outdoor sportswear but their clothes were a little undersized for example a size 10 is actually more of an 8. A lot of stuff I thought was overpriced seeing as this is an outlet store. However they do have alot of nice styles that are made to be comfortable and sporty. I probably will never shop there again, wasn't thrilled with it.
This really is an outlet store with 1st quality ski wear at extreme discounts. I bought a pair of ski pants there at 1/5th of the local sorting store.
I love the silver dot omni heat. It really works. Have it in my ski jacket, ski pants, gloves, and boots.
I've sat on a hunting blind in sub-zero weather in the boots and have never had cold feet.
