They're very fast at serving you and treat you with courtesy and respect. They have a service lounge for waiting where they have free popcorn free coffee and you can sit and watch TV and talk to other customers. Very comfortable very Speedy service.

My new truck broke down on vacation last week. Took it to Urka Chevy in Ludington to have it looked at. Doug in service took it right in and had a mechanic look at it
Broken lifter. He had it fixed in a couple of days. Gave us a new truck to drive while truck was being fixed. Could not ask for anything better. Great dealership. Very professional and helpful. Thanks Doug and the rest of the Urka team.

Just purchased a 2017 Equinox from URKA and just need to say that we are more than happy with this purchase. The extra effort by both Matt and the sales associate, Aaron was beyond expectations. We had spent over 3 hrs in Muskegon at Berron Baker and they could not beat what a deal we got from Matt and Aaron.
I will recommend these two individuals whenever the opportunity comes about.

Was in there 2 months ago. Just recently broke down on the road 2 weeks ago because they didn't tell me I had a bad part. They ordered it and never told me until just a couple days ago when they called to say my part was in. You think they would tell a person that there is a bad part. Worst service I've ever had.

Paul and Jeff we simply the best. Very passionate and genuine. I not once had the "used car salesman" feel. We had been searching for a specific model of an out of production vehicle as we run them in our business. We drove some distance for this vehicle. Once test driving it we discovered a problem we are familiar with on these vehicles. Both Paul and Jeff set out to resolve it as quickly as possible. We shook hands in agreement to purchase the vehicle once this little issue was resolved. They followed through with complete transparency.
