Great place super inventory and courteous staff
Found a Polaris RZR on line on there web page that I emailed them on and I got this email back explaining how great they are at customer service and they would contact me shortly. A week went by and nothing. Wow Peacock you must not need the business!!!!
This place has decent customer service. Some people are more helpful than others. I have had good luck with their service center. They helped me get my tires mounted. They were very quick about it.
Very friendly and helpful. Better pricing than at the big city utv dealers and more in stock. Great place with great people 👍
A bit out of the way for me. But after being ignored by the shops in Grand rapids. I gave them a call. The service department answered and said the sales people were busy and if I told him what I wanted he would have them call me back. Dave called me back within minutes. He said he had what I was looking for but it was still in the crate. I was in Fox Motorsports parkings lot when we talked. Told him I was looking to buy. He said he could have it setup by 2 pm. I arrived at 2:10. It was ready to go. You could say he had incentive to get it put together so quickly. He could have told me the next day or two. I would have waited. They had my business as soon as Dave returned my call. Didn't catch the service guys name but points to him as well for passing along my name and exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again.
Nice selection of machines. Unfortunately the sales person that helped me , had no education of the side by sides that I was looking at. I had money in hand to purchase. Oh well they lost one sale
stayed at the Wolf Lake Resort for a few days of UTV riding, decided to trailer over to Silver Lake Dunes one day, not knowing that there were plenty of places to get whips by the dunes, we stopped at Peacocks right down the road from the resort, figured we were close enough that they might have what we need. Long story short, they had flags, unbeknownst to us they were not "regulation" spec for the park and apparently unbeknownst to them as well because they sold them to us informing me that they were what we needed.
Then they sold us the wrong roll cage clamps, only after buying them and driving to the dunes and installing in the parking lot was that discovered. They sold me clamps designed to mount lights on sissy bars of a motorcycle, the brackets were half stainless steel and half thick leather for shock absorption. when the whips were installed, the leather notch simply bent over and snapped off like a twig. Subsequently I paid $35.00 each for them!
When it was all said and done, I spent over $100 on useless crap, sold to me be unknowledgeable employees. They wasted my time and money and since it was a Saturday and they closed early by the time I realized all that was wrong they were closed and we were leaving Sunday so I was stuck with it. When I got home and decided to call, not to get my money back at that point because I threw everything in the dumpster at the resort, but just to relay my experience, the guy on the phone informed me that they don't ride the dunes and that they really weren't a "dune" shop.
Sorry fella, if you're working in a powersport dealer and you can't assist customers with knowledge of riding spots 45 minutes from your front door, then maybe you need to consider another profession and maybe the owner should do a little house keeping of their staff.
Nice sales area. Tons of machines to select from.
